Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a fire alarm with a low battery that began emitting a loud, screeching beep in the bedroom every minute starting around 2:30 a.m. We called the emergency number and were told that no one was on-site to address the issue, and it would take some time for someone to arrive. The beeping stopped temporarily, so we canceled the late-night service call. About 30 minutes later, it started again and continued to interrupt our sleep. Needless to say, no one in our apartment got a good night’s rest. I hope the property will be more proactive about replacing smoke alarm batteries so future guests don’t have the same experience.

While the hotel has a unique style and a nice atmosphere, our stay was disappointing overall. The rooms were quite small, especially for the price. One of the elevators was out of service during our stay, which meant long waits. We were also told by staff that the restaurant was open, but after making our way there, we found it was actually closed. That was frustrating, especially after planning around it. Complementary coffee station on our floor was also broken. The location is convenient if you want to be close to the action, but it was much noisier than we expected. Between the small rooms, service miscommunication, and the noise, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful from our check in service to holding our bags on our last day! In between, we had rides to places near the hotel and sound advice on where to eat and what to do! Our room was beautiful and unique!

Hotel and property were very nice, staff was excellent. We were there over the 4th of July weekend, only complaint is there were not enough chairs and loungers in the pool area.
