Detached Chalet ski in-ski out with sauna

Accommodation description:
This large, luxurious, detached chalet, for up to 10 people, has 2,500m2 directly on the ski slope with ski-in/ski-out. It is not located in a holiday park, so quietly located with plenty of privacy yet only five minutes' walk from all amenities, such as shops and restaurants, in the picturesque mountain village of Hohentauern in Styria. Surrounding the chalet is a large terrace with luxury terrace furniture from where you have great views of the surrounding mountain landscape
The entire chalet, with the exception of the basement, has underfloor heating. The living room has a cosy gas fireplace for chilly evenings, digital TV, and a sunny conservatory. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, a Boretti induction hob with two ovens, a microwave oven, a large fridge-freezer, and various KitchenAid kitchen appliances. The chalet has four bedrooms, two with balconies and one with an extra bunk bed. A high chair and cot are provided and the stairs are fitted with a stair gate. The ground-floor bathroom is adjacent to a Finnish sauna, while the upstairs bathroom has a whirlpool bath. Both have a rain shower and hairdryer. The basement has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot warmer, and a games room with a digital TV and games. There is also a ski storage room and an open garage.
During summer, it is the ideal base for beautiful walks and tough mountain bike rides on one of the marked trails. Fishing and swimming are among the possibilities. In winter, Hohentauern turns into a "winter wonderland" with beautiful ski runs right to your doorstep and wonderful cross-country skiing routes, as well as tobogganing and snowshoeing on marked trails. More than 200 days of sunshine a year and guaranteed snow make this area a perfect year-round holiday region.
When booking, you will receive a tourist card, the "Hohentauern Card" with information on all activities throughout the year, as well as applicable discounts and special offers. All this can also be found in the "Gastfreund-app Hohentauern"
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
Hohentauern Card is included with stay from January to December
