Rise House Hobart - Outstanding! Luxury family home

This luxury house stands out from the rest.
Situated in a quiet, new homes area and only 15 minutes drive from Hobart CBD this 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 2 living area home will suit the most discerning guests. From the moment you enter Rise House, you are surrounded by quality!
Central to this spacious house is an ultra stylish kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for your stay. A 6 metre long stone bench top, huge island bench with seating for ten guests, a large fridge/ freezer with ice /water dispenser, ILVE oven with induction hotplates, Bosch dishwasher, wine fridge and Expobar coffee machine.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large stone top dining table with seating for 10 guests and a beautiful lounge room with comfortable leather lounges and large smart tv.
Accessed via the lounge is a semi-covered deck with glass balustrading and has lovely views of the river and surrounding suburb.
Rise House offers four large bedrooms, 2 with ensuites. All bedrooms include large smart tv, wardrobe, electric blanket, bedside tables with lamps.
The second living room has leather lounges, large smart tv with PlayStation 4, Wii U and a sit down cocktail arcade machine with 60 games.
The main bathroom has a separate large shower, bath, heated towel rack and large vanity with stone top and twin hand basins.
Laundry nook has a washer/dryer and cabinet with stone top.
The house is heated/cooled by a ducted heat pump system for total comfort.
Garage has parking for 2 vehicles and has access to the house. Plenty of extra parking in the driveway.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful luxurious home for our holiday. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, the layout of the home was very suited for my elderly parents located in a beautiful peaceful street with a beautiful view. The pantry was full of various herbs and spices, the coffee machine was easy to use, which catered for our coffee kicks for the day. Most of all, Mark and Miriam are amazing hosts with their prompt responses. The art on the wall is absolutely mesmerising, we had everything we needed and more to feel we were home away from home. Perfect Property

This property was perfect for our stay in Tasmania. It was extremely well stocked with everything we needed plus loads of extras. The location was perfect with only a short drive to Hobart and surrounds and close to the airport. The views from the property were beautiful and it had everything we needed to keep our 5 and 8 year olds entertained during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were loads of towels and linen etc. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tassie. Thank you so much Mark and Miriam for making our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful house

Thanks Mark & Miriam, we loved your house and had the best time in Hobart. Location was great, not too close to the city, but not too far away either. The house is clean and very spacious - it accommodated our group of friends perfectly. The arcade game was also a hit for the oldies. Would definitely recommend and stay at again myself.

Property was lovely and accomadated 10 adults comfortably. Granton is half an hour away from the CBD in Hobart so factor this in if you want to stay centrally. However the area was well maintained and the rooms and communal areas modern ans comfortable. Recommend this property highly.

Six of us stayed here, plenty of space meant that nobody was tripping over any one else, lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. TVs in every room meant that it was easy to watch the game while the kids watched YouTube. Mark and Miriam were great when we had an issue with the washer. The only criticism I would have is the mattress was a bit harder than I'm used to, but everything else was excellent.

A wonderful experience in Rise House

It is a big and amazing house. It is very comfortable and cozy like our home. The house was tidy and organized. We had an amazing view in the morning and my daughter loved the heated beds! Definitely a must go to again when we are visiting Hobart!
