'My stay at the Trang An was great! The staff is extremely nice, they help whenever they can. They went above and beyond when we asked for something, for example when we asked if we could get into our room a bit earlier, how to get from Ninh Binh to Cat Ba and when we asked to do our laundry pretty last minute. They even gave us an extra bottle of water when we were on the way to the next destination. Highly recommend this place!'

'Amazing hotel! We had such an awesome stay with such a cool view! We were treated with such kindness by Dzung and his wife. They were so gracious, charming and helpful. He provided us so much helpful information about the town and activities, loaned us bikes to use for the day, and they made us a great breakfast every day. 'We loved our stay at Limestone. Dzung and Dep were unbelievably friendly and helpful. I left my phone in the Grab, and Dzung was instrumental in getting it back to me within an hour.
