Our stylish apartment (on the 2nd floor and has no lift, PLEASE REMEMBER IF YOU HATE STAIRS) is located right in the heart of the city - District 1 10 minutes walking to Ben Thanh Market/ Bitexco Financial Building - Vietnam's tallest tower/ Opera House. Our apartment is definitely close to all the hot spots for historical experiences or nightlife activities that you want to explore in HCMC.
Guest access
You will have your own living room, mini kitchen, bathroom and bedroom in a cozy apartment in the house.
You will have 24/7 self-access, no curfew.
The apartment is very safe, clean & full furnished with air conditioner, hot water for a good shower & comfortable bed.
The apartment has it own kitchen with dining table, refrigerator and oven if you want to cook.

The neighborhood
Our home is amazingly convenient, located just steps from everything yet tucked away in an alley, avoiding the constant city bustlings. There is a supermarket opposite the alley which is most of guests love it. You can buy everything in there from food, fruit, souvenirs... You will have both the option of a local urban neighborhood as well as all the modern convenience just steps away.
Getting around
Our location is ideal for walking so we recommend you take advantage of it. There are 2 very big parks (23/9 park and Tao Dan park) close to the apartment you can enjoy fresh air there. Taxis are readily available for ~15k VND per km. Motorbike taxis are best when you're in a hurry.
Please try the bus number 35 around the center of the city. It starts at Ben Thanh station to 2 directions: around D.1 and around D.2. It's cheap and convenient.

We are not a hotel so we have no staffs. If you need help, do not hesitate to call or text me (Tung, Tom - the manager)
The lady cleaner works on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3pm - 7pm so if you need your room to be cleaned, please use the "Make Up Room" sign. Please let us know if you want to clean the room, change towels or provide more toilet paper...
If you need one more blanket, please let us know do not hesitate.
We provide drinking water, shampoo and bodywash but we don't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste please prepare your own.
We have laundry service for 50k vnd/kg (washing and ironing). Please let us know if you use the service. (We do not accept expensive clothes). Or you can use our washing machine on top of the building with our powder.
If you have any problems during the traveling (scam, pickpocket...), do not hesitate to contact us. We will sort it out.
If you use taxi from the airport, PLEASE BE SURE that you grab a VINASUN TAXI or MAI LINH TAXI.
If you like bus, you can take the bus number 109 (YELLOW BUS).

Since electricity in our country is very expensive so please TURN OFF your light & AC before you going out.
Please lock your room before you going out. Please keep & be responsible for your belongings during the stays.
Don't throw anything off the window or balcony.
No loud music & noise. If you use kitchen, please turn off the light & everything after you use it.
