'Hotel ligt nogal geisoleerd op een parkeerplaats vlak bij een snelweg. Diner en ontbijtfaciliteiten zijn erg beperkt. Van de vier nachten dat we er waren was er twee ochtenden geen warm water.'

'Pictures need to be updated because once you get there noting reflects the poor condition hotel is. Room and bathroom old and dirty . BReakfast is laughable, 3 bagels on display and a mini cup for coffee with one selection of cream. Would not recommend to anyone '

'Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. '

'Clean, helpful staff, close to the mall. Wasn’t crazy about the onsite coffee shop but close to other spots!'

'Reasonable, but housekeeping was extremely noisy at 7:00 am while we were still trying to sleep and knocked on the door at 8:00 am. '

'Room had an odor, the water was freezing cold at 9pm and didn’t warm up at all, asked for towels and they said we had to wait until morning, breakfast was cool but they couldn’t keep it with the rush, got back from a night out and the key card didn’t work, and lastly we were out of the room by 10am and room service did not replenish anything. 'The 6th floor reeked of stale ash trays, and my “nonsmoking” room still smelled and had cigarette burns in the headboard. No stopper in the sink. The crappy coffeemaker wouldn’t turn on but leaked water. The replacement managed only 1/2 cup and would not empty the reservoir. When I asked where the “included” breakfast was served I was ushered to a table with a thermos of warm coffee and Hostess snack cakes.
