'Our host, who doesn't live in the house, gave us free run of the place since no one else had rented the other bedroom. The place was comfortable but not updated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens.'

My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!'

'Lovely, clean hotel. The problem i had was the noise. I had a wonderful view of the river and the bridges but I heard every loud car, truck, motorcycle and siren. The staff was very accommodating and gave me a room facing the opposite direction. That room had a damp feeling. Assuming from the AC. And during the week there is not much for breakfast. They put out a few Nutragrain bars, coffee , water. Bare minimum. They save the larger services for the weekends. Staff was excellent, property...
