'Here’s an honest review: Location 5/5 — Perfectly located in the coolest neighborhood of Beirut Amenities 4/5 - It’s a cute, heritage building with an external staircase that’s a little tricky when it rains, but charming AF when it’s a beautiful day out. The “lobby” is charming but feels less of a lounging place, and more like a cafeteria. The shower situation is cute in the corner, but not very practical as water ends up pooling in the room after a reasonable shower. Not a huge deal, but not...

'I want ti share my experience, i got extremely sick after 1 day of arrival and the support and help i got from the staff was incredible ( reception, bell boys, housekeepers) actually everyone was helpful to get me the medicine even on new years eve. Thank you '

'Very friendly staff. Quirky concept. Comfortable, sizeable rooms, quality beds and luxurious bathroom. Friendly lobby. Breakfast area feels a bit dated with artificial grass and heavily tainted glass windows (if it is glass). Buffet variety okay, bread selection poor compared to other places, overall quality breakfast mediocre and, hence, expensive. Location not ideal for tourists but excellent national museum next door. Good value for money.'

'Goede service, vriendelijk personeel, gratis shuttle naar downtown. Wij hadden via het hotel een taxi geregeld vanaf het vliegveld naar het hotel. Bij aankomst werden we lelijk opgelicht door de taxichauffeur. De manager heeft dit voor ons keurig opgelost door het teveel betaalde geld aan ons te vergoeden + bij onze terugreis een gratis taxivervoer naar de luchthaven aan te bieden. Klasse!'

'Holiday Inn Dunes is een redelijk tot goed hotel, ontbijt is ruim voldoende zowel qua variëteit als qua kwalitiet. Kamers voldoende ruim, badkamer schoon, alles werkt naar behoren. Vermoedelijk is de controle na schoonmaken/opruimen van de kamer niet geborgd, regelmatig werd een handdoek o.i.d. "vergeten". Hotel ligt op goede loopafstand van "Cola intersection" als wel van centrum "Hamra". Airco werkt in de wintertijd niet, terwijl de temperatuur toch behoorlijk kan oplopen, zodat dag en nacht...

'Loved this hotel! Very clean, and they had just remodeled. The staff was so friendly and sweet! It is also located in a very good area and walkable to super cute cafe's, restaurants, and shopping. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Beirut. Prices were also very reasonable too. '

'We really liked our stay at the Park Tower Suite Hotel. Excellent cleaning service in our suite room and friendly staff. Quiet area in the evening and close to rarouche, zaytuna bay and city center. Breakfast could be improved. '
