Spacious 2nd floor, corner villa is perfect for families, couples, and friends traveling together because of the floor plan, 1442 square feet, featuring tall ceilings and amazing ocean views from the living areas and both bedrooms. Take in the views of the lush gardens with fountains, pools, hot tubs, and the Atlantic Ocean beyond.

This expansive condo has a well-appointed kitchen with grilling tools, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is open to the dining area and large great room. The dining table seats 6 people normally and 10 with use of easy built-in butterfly leaf, plus 2 bar stools. Just off of the kitchen is a closet containing a washer and dryer. The spacious gathering room comfortably seats 8 people, is equipped with a 42' flatscreen HDTV, and has a sleeper sofa. There is free WiFI and cable TV for entertainment throughout the villa. The private balcony can be accessed through the sliding doors.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
