The accommodations at the condo were clean, beautiful, comfortable beds, and well supplied with kitchen, bath and beach/pool items. The location was top notch, walking distance to everything! Unfortunately, we were not informed that October may be construction season. The unit above us was being renovated. Hence there was blocked views and much noise throughout our stay.The management was aware and considerate of our misfortune. They contacted us first, they tried to get answers, and compensated us for the issues we were experiencing.

Great location. Walking distances to restaurants and shops. Great for kids with the beach and pool right there. Water views. Quiet area. Pool was never crowded. Place came fully stocked with all necessities including laundry detergent, beach toys and disposable snack bags! Thank you!

Great Vacation

Condo was better than advertised, probably the best condo our family of 5 has ever stayed at. Pool was great, spacious, with zero entey on one side. Beach access was easy and convient, no steps.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunkissed Ocean. Wonderful location, great pool and LOVED how they had a closet full of supplies for our use. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Only negative thing I can say is the bones of the place are a bit outdated. Appliances, doors, etc. Could use a bit of updating but that won't stop us from staying here again. Thanks for the lovely stay and the memories!

Beautiful property, perfect for family trip!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation to HHI! It was clean and spacious for a family of 5, perfect location with a great view. We loved that beach umbrella, chairs, and toys were included as well as complimentary beach towels and all of the needed appliances in the kitchen. Just a short walking distance to great restaurants and shopping too. We would love to go back again!

Beach Condo

Nice beach condo with convenient access to beach, pool and local shopping. Beach chairs and wagon provided made the daily trip to beach easy! The kitchen was well supplied except for a full size drip coffee maker. We enjoyed our stay!

Great condo. Great location. Comfy furniture. Only constructive criticism would be the toilet in the secondary bathroom still doesn’t function properly and cable didn’t really have any kids channels. However, would definitely stay there again

Overall a great place

Loved the location, easy to walk to a few restaurants. Easy beach access and appreciative of the wagon, beach chairs and towels in the unit!! We had to vacuum the area rug in living room when we first arrived as it was visibly dirty but other than that unit was clean. We had an issue with toilet handle in spare bathroom, but management was quick to try and address. (They glued the handle back on, we waited 24 hours and it still seemed delicate so did not use that toilet during our stay.) We also feel we should note although it is “ground” floor it is one flight of stairs up to unit as the garage is ground level. Not an issue at all but just wanted to mention it. We would definitely come back again.

Wonderful March stay

Beautiful condo and lovely property that is very well maintained. Only negatives, Pool was very cold and gate code changed during our stay and we only knew because of a kind homeowner who shared the new one with us . Other than that, wonderful rental with easy check in/check out processors.. Excellent location on HHI and walkable to many popular places.

First time in Hilton head and really enjoyed it. We will be going back. Great location for our kids. Of note, hot tub says no kids under age 12. Nobody cared during off season but could be different during busy season

Fun family weekend

Would absolutely stay here again. The location was great and the property was well kept. We loved the beach wagon and chairs provided. Very convenient. Nothing was crowded (we went in August). The beach was a short walk down a nice walkway. The kids loved seeing all the wildlife- rabbits, sting rays, dolphins and even two small sharks. The room was perfect for our family. The provided pack n play was great and saved us some space in the car. Master bed was comfy. Only issue was the second shower didn’t drain well and we did find a pair of dirty men’s boxers on the side of one of the twin beds. We just threw them away. Things get missed. Overall, I left like the condo was very clean. We did have to contact the property manager and she was super nice. They delivered a second parking pass for us. Felt safe with the gate at the front and a gate on the beach. Parking was always easy. A little confusing at first because it appears spaces might be assigned but the binder in the room provide a lot of great information! Great spot! Thanks!

Great summer vacation!

We really enjoyed the condo. It’s conveniently located near shops, restaurants, the pool and beach. Everything was clean and comfortable and it was so nice having a view of the ocean from the balcony.

Great beach location & nice unit.

Our family (me, my spouse, our teen daughter, and her friend) stayed in this unit over spring break. We were there for 3 short days, but packed in a lot of activities. The unit itself is a little bit dated, but was decorated nicely. The kitchen & bathrooms could use updating. While the weather wasn't hot, it was muggy. Unfortunately, we discovered that the A/C did not work in the unit. I ended up having to stay in the unit for many hours on our second day while waiting on the A/C technician and property management to arrive. This was definitely not ideal, as we were not there for a long period of time. The A/C wasn't able to be repaired (had low coolant that couldn't be added until after we checked out), so it got quite warm--especially at night while sleeping. There was a fan in the unit (one), but that didn't help much. I will say that the Master Bedroom bed is VERY comfortable! And our family loved the VERY large TV in the living room---nice for watching movies at night! The pool was gently heated and the hot tub was clean & a perfect temperature. While not super close to the ocean, we could hear the waves from our balcony. I suspect that wouldn't be the case in the busy summer. The only real confusion came when we arrived and was driving around to try and locate the assigned parking spot for the unit. We then discovered that it wasn't "assigned" parking. All in all, we enjoyed our mini vacation here and would stay in the unit again. Although, hopefully with A/C! Thank you!
