The community is gated and your parking pass will be provided at the front security gate upon arrival with ID and $25 payable by credit card. If you require a second pass (the maximum allowed), it is an additional $25 at the security gate.

Pest Control
All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
Minimum age of 25 required. No Smoking. No Pets. No trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. No commercial advertising or signage on the vehicle permitted for overnight parking. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided. Check-in is at 4pm. Please pick up parking pass at the security gate upon arrival. Parking pass must be displayed at all times on your dashboard throughout your stay. Please be prepared with $25 for the first pass. If you require a second pass (the maximum allowed), it is an additional $25 at the security gate.
