Another Great Visit to Sea Pines

This home was the perfect size for our family of 5. We loved the living spaces - the dining room was spacious, the family room had ample seating and great TV, and the outdoor porch overlooked the pond, which was so pretty in the AM. Check in was so easy, the home home was clean, beautifully decorated and well-stocked (especially the kitchen, we really appreciated that). We will be returninging next year!

Amazing location!

My family absolutely loved staying at this property! The area is extremely family-friendly. My kids loved the lagoon behind the condo and all the wildlife in the area. The pool is within walking distance and there are several beach accesses within 10 minutes of driving time. We loved that there was a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and baking tools and a grill. Check-in/out was simple and we did not encounter any problems during our stay. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay!

Great Condo at Sea Pines

We enjoyed our stay! We liked watching the wildlife from the back porch and the quick walk to the pool. We were very close to everything… Lawton Stables, the trolley pick up for the beach club and a short drive to Harbour Town. We had bikes delivered and picked up from the condo seamlessly. Thanks!

Spring Break

Condo was very nice. We saw lots of big gators in the backyard. Tennis courts in the complex were a major hit. Condo was larger than I expected which was a bonus. There is a very nice selection of beach reads (I read 2 books and wanted to read them all). I would recommend staying and would stay again with my family.

Great first trip to HH

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was as advertised. The rental credit through VayKGear, that was included, served us well as we used the bikes and bike trailer to get us and our gear to the beach each day. The ride to the beach was easy and pleasant. The only two negatives I will point out are the toilets took a while to refill ( could use some new guts in each) and the master shower is oddly positioned behind the door to the bathroom. But over all enjoyed our stay and the location.

Late Summer Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family only had a few days for a late summer vacation before school starts in August. I was able to find and book this villa for a Thursday through Monday block, which is not always possible with other locations. The size and amenities were perfect for our family of four and the location in Lake Forest is wonderful. The only thing that could be added to the property is shades for the sliding glass doors leading to the back deck from the living room. This would provide privacy, if needed, and cut down on the intense August sunshine. All in all, this was a wonderful vacation rental for our family.
