We do employ Hilton Head's finest cleaning company to ensure that you will arrive to a sparkling clean unit with fresh linens and towels. We offer a queen bed in the master suite (WITH A NEW SEALY POSTUREPEDIC HYBRID MATTRESS), and a full sofa sleeper in the living room. Flat screen HDTV’s in both living and bedroom with digital cable and free Wi-Fi. The living room opens onto a balcony/deck overlooking both the Ocean Dunes and Ocean Oak pools with direct ocean views. A newly installed balcony ceiling fan will provide additional comfort on hot summer days. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you will need for meal prep. To open up the villa space we have included a drop-leaf dining table that neatly folds up leaving a minimal footprint, and the dining chairs fold up and are stored neatly in the closet. We have also replaced the small bedroom door with a wide sliding pocket door... a very unique feature that really opens up the space and is not offered on the vast majority of Ocean Dunes villas. Ours is also the only Ocean Dunes villa with an in-room washer/dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, extra pillows & blankets, plus a small supply of toiletries are supplied as well. There is a ramp as well as elevators. Ocean Dunes also provides luggage carts for unloading and loading your personal belongings. Our unit provides first floor convenience with spectacular views of the best beach on Hilton Head Island and just a short walk to many restaurants, shops and watering holes of Coligny Plaza.
