'smell bad the area'

'The resort was great. The room we had was perfect.'

'Great visit'

'Upon entering the hotel the lobby was nicely fragrant. Desk staff were friendly Most notable was the great shower pressure- delightful. Room cleaning was good however they never got to our room until late afternoon- just after we had been out of our room by 8:30am each day- annoying to us. Hotel cafe menu was good/pricey . Our bottle of Red wine came out of the refrigerator- a no no. Pool was very nice - there were several, server was attentive to bring drinks. Overall it is obvious that hotel...

'Everything was wonderful'

'Spacious clean room with microwave and refrigerator. No coffee maker but there was some near the check in room. Free OJ, milk, muffins, various munchies. Free parking. A reward if you check out before 10 am.'

'It was a very nice vacation club. They had activities planned throughout the day that you could attend if you’d like. My kids really enjoyed themselves.'

'The condo was great for its size and location to a beach. The pools were nice and it’s a secure location. This place could use a deep clean. Dishes all ad to be washed before use, under beads full of dust, and forgotten items. Saw a cockroach on the last day. Also, owner and property management is very slow to respond if there are questions. If we had any issues we would have been in trouble for 24 hours. '

'Communication with owner is excellent and villa is located in great location '

'I wish we could have stayed longer. Love that we were able to do laundry, although I do wish the water slide was open. My grandchildren would have loved it. We got a villa/suite facing the water park/pool area so my elderly mother could take pictures. 4 generations, what a blessing.'

'The hotel is in a good location. The room was updated and clean. Unfortunately the doors and walls are razor thin and you hear every conversation and every person walking through the gallery. Also, they had a DJ playing electric music after 11 that pulsated the room.'

'Room was clean and modern. C onvenient walk to the beach, It was nice sitting at the bar and having a meal and then being able to go up to my room. I love the location and everything about it. Will definitely be booking here again when I come back for work in a week. week.'

'This is our 5th visit, excellent place to stay'

'The property was nice. The free covered parking garage with direct elevator access was great! The room was spacious and clean! The staff was very friendly.'
