That is what my guest have always told me they said out loud upon arrival. You know right away that you are going to have a comfortable, clean, fun place to spend your vacation time.

Enjoy all of the original art throughout the villa. It is like visiting a small art gallery. All of the art has been created by local artist. Relax and read a book from the library. It’s like staying in your own art gallery/library!

Have breakfast or afternoon cocktails on the large, wrap around patio while enjoying vistas of the golf course and lagoon. An early morning bike ride around on Palmetto Dunes bike paths is a great way to start the day. Hilton Head has bike paths throughout the entire island. We have 2 beach cruisers for you to use. Enjoy canoeing or fishing in the winding canals that are located throughout Palmetto Dunes. Palmetto Dunes is a world class resort with 3 golf courses, beach, marina and shopping.

The Dune Buggy will pick you up for free at St. Andrews Commons and take you down to the beach, golf course, tennis courts, boat and kayak rental at PD Outfitters, or across the street to Shelter Cove…and bring you back. (April - Sept).

Palmetto Dunes has some of the most beautiful beaches on the island...3 miles of beach is just an 8 minute bike ride away. In the afternoon you will be ready to cool off with a swim in the large pool that is just steps from the villa. It is easy to shower or change or get a reprieve from the sun at the pool pavilion.

Enjoy a libation at the tiki bar down at the Palmetto Dunes Beach House and watch the sunset while making new friends. Great place for lunch or even a casual dinner. Love the fish tacos.

This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath villa is located just inside Palmetto Dunes Plantation which is rated the #1 resort for families by Travel and Leisure Magazine. This is a great central location for everything on the island. The villa has recently been updated with new modern kitchen, baths, new carpet, fans, lighting and paint.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find all of the things you would want in your own home…blenders for icy Pina Coladas and spices and stock items as well as a Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker. Lunch and breakfast are easy to serve at the breakfast bar.
You will find 4 nice beach chairs and a beach umbrella for you to use in the outside storage closet.

A relaxing, large master bedroom is downstairs with a very comfortable king bed, sitting area and doors that open onto the patio. A dressing area leads into the beautiful tiled walk- in shower.

The second bedroom is a large loft upstairs with a queen bed, full bath, large closet and sitting area with a desk. Lots of fun decor...You will think you are in Key West! Soft, fluffy towels are standard.

Light soars thru the cathedral ceilings in the sunken living room. French doors open onto the patio.

Televisions with cable and dvd are found in master bedroom and living room. Super fast wireless internet lets you sit outside and work or just stay in communication to say how much fun you are having.

The large dining area can seat 4 guest. Plus, you have the 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Washer and dryer are brand new and full size with laundry detergent stocked for your use.


The Tommy Bahama style furniture is very stylish and comfortable. Enjoy professional coastal decorator designs throughout including original art work by local artist. The view is one of the best in St. Andrews; private with scenic views of golf course/lagoon. The wrap around porch has a table and chairs so you can eat outside. There are several other swivel/rocking chairs ready for relaxing on the porch.

Parking is easy and convenient. Lovely landscaped courtyard leads to this upstairs villa.

The owners have been island residents for over 25 years, so they can make great suggestions for things to do on The Island, Savannah or even Charleston. We want everything to be comfortable and convenient for your stay. We can even arrange to have bikes at the villa when you get there.

This villa is great year round for couples, small families and golfers. Hilton Head is known for its pristine beaches, abundance of tennis courts, great golf courses, shopping and top rated restaurants. You really don’t need a car to get around during your stay. You can even just stay in Palmetto Dunes Plantation and do everything. Walk next door to Shelter Cove’s marina and restaurants …watch fireworks and listen to music during the summer.
