Hilton Head Resort is the best value on the island and this, two bedroom, two bath unit is one of the nicest at Hilton Head Resort! The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and stainless appliances. All furniture and bedding has a bright and cheerful beach themed décor. We are located in the preferred Building One which surrounds the main pool and is adjacent to our private boardwalk access to the ocean.

There is no smoking inside the villa but smoking is allowed on our comfortable balcony that has a grden view of the resort. The pool has an adjoining grill/convenience store with WiFi internet capabilities, bike rentals and more. The deli food is quite good and spirits, beer and wine is available. Beach toys and boogie boards, etc. are also available.

Our gated resort is centrally located and has 24 hour security. Enjoy our amenities which include two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool with kiddie pool which is located at our great year round recreation center. This facility also includes a fitness center, hot tub and sauna, and an indoor track. Not in the mood for a swim or work out …Not to worry because our resort also has 6 lighted tennis courts. All amenities are available free of charge to all guests.

It is a short leisurely walk over the marsh on our private boardwalk (or you can hop on the resort's beach shuttle)that ends at Coco's On the Beach, a quaint little 'oasis'; and steps beyond that is the nicest beach you will find on Hilton Head Island. Along the way, enjoy the scenic saltwater marsh which is abundant with wildlife, including egrets, herons and crabs. You will never worry about crowds at this beach and it is truly beautiful.

Golf is just steps away with The Robert Trent Golf Course (located next to the property). This course is famous for the #10 ocean hole. The view approaching the hole is spectacular and can be viewed from our oceanfront grill, “Cocos”. This private cabana has restrooms, food and drink and is good place to take a break from the sun or wait out a brief rain shower.

The location is great. Close to the pool and the beach. The actual condo definitely needs some repair and upgrade. The toilet seat was barely hanging on in the master bathroom. Light bulbs were out in both bathroom fixtures. The blinds would not open in one of the bedrooms. It would also be nice to have some extra blankets available. I will say there were plenty of towels provided which was nice. Also, since trash needs to be disposed of before checkout, extra trash bags should be provided.

The owner was amazing! Great communication and super quick response! The listing is accurate! This is our second stay in this unit! Our boys love it! Easy stay

Property was very comfortable. Master bed was firm which I liked but it didn’t like my husband. It made his hips hurt. Everything was as expected and communication with owner was great. Check out was very easy as well. Pools were great as was the hot tub.

Hilton Head Condo

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and were happy with the accommodations. The condo is small but plenty of room for the 2 of us. The location and access to the beach were super. The complex was getting ready for summer and workmen were busy tidying it up. Communication with the owner was easy. Pool had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and the poolside bar was nice. The condo itself is well stocked with kitchen tools. My only suggestion would be to update the living room furniture as it has aged. Hope your stay is as enjoyable as ours was.

Perfect getaway

Everything was perfect! Close to the beach just a short walk down the boardwalk! The pools were clean and easy to get to! The condo was just as described, would be good idea to take on Tupperware for the beach and extra towels for beach/pool and showering unless you want to pay for laundry! Will definitely be back!!

This is a cute little place. Loved the proximity to the beach and easy access. Few things to note. Bring more bath/wash cloths. Or plan on doing laundry. (Paid laundry, I missed the fact of no laundry in the room 😞 ) 6 sets of towels for 3 people for a 7 day stay didn't go far. If staying more the 4 days I'd suggest extra garbage bags, TP and paper towel. Storage containers for left overs or taking things to the beach would be needed too. Would stay again.

Family vacation

The location is great, walking distance to the beach. The ujit had some initial issues which we made the owner aware of. The unit needs some updating, several items (couch, storage bin, lamp shade) have a lot of stains and either need thorough cleaning or replacing. The kitchen is pretty well stocked if you plan to cook, which we did. The location on the island seems to be good also, close to the middle.

Our family of 4 had a great time! We enjoyed being very close to the main pool and quick access to the boardwalk to the beach. The condo could use some updated furniture and linens but that did not impact our trip in any way. Perfect location too! Had a great stay!
