Stylish, sunny, and just steps from the beach! This beautifully renovated villa features ocean views from the balcony, a sleek granite kitchen, and all-new furnishings. Sleep comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom, a fold-out sleeper in the living room, and cozy bunks for small children in the hall. Enjoy smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Walk to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, shops, and dining. Beach chairs and 2 bikes included for the perfect island escape!

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

So great for the two of us! It is as clean and nice as the photos. Perfect spot on the balcony for coffee in the morning. The bed was really comfortable - slept great! The kitchen is well appointed. It is close to the beach. It was really just what we wanted for our stay on Hilton Head to connect with family. Would rent again.

Nice location on the island and within the complex. Close to the elevator and laundry without any annoying noises. The swimming pool as you walk out the door is a pleasant relaxing view.Was a nice touch of decorated sugar cookies to greet us on the table when we walked in. Kendall responded quickly to sny texts.Attractive with new furnishings and appliances. Brand new cookware and anything else you might need for those who want to cook.Loved the plantation sliding doors and balcony. Everything is modern, clean, and fresh. Close to the beach or a short walk to Coligny Beach where you can relax on the covered lawn swings or explore the many shops and restaurants. Also has Piggly Wiggly located there.Would highly recommend if a smaller setup works as it did for the two of us. We enjoyed our winter getaway and the side trips to Beaufort and Savannah.Is not huge but comfortable for two people.

Property has all one needs for a relaxing getaway. Unit is clean, and well appointed. No need to bring beach towels because there are some in the unit. Additionally there are beach chairs along with an umbrella. Beach is a short walk down a wooden boardwalk. When you return there are showers and foot washing areas to rinse. Restaurants are also a short walk up the street. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon.

OUR STAY WAS GREAT!! Bring a fan with you because the bedroom could get a little warm at night. We put the fan in the hallway to blow the AC into the room and solved that problem. Word to management if you could supply a fan for this purpose that would help those out who don’t bring one. This property is in the perfect location. Has a gorgeous view from the patio.. All in all a great place to stay.
