Enjoy a relaxing beach retreat in this recently updated oceanview villa, located in an oceanfront complex just steps from the sand. Perfect for couples or small families, this cozy space features a Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, and a full kitchen for easy meals. Take in ocean views from the balcony, lounge by the pool, or walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, restaurants, and the Tiki Hut. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. A budget-friendly stay in the heart of Hilton Head’s main beach! 🌊☀️🏝️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

My wife and I went on our 3 year anniversary with our 6 month old son. We loved it! We walked the area a good bit. Some great food and shopping around. The condo was very clean and in a great location. We will definitely be back!

Excellent communication with the host prior to and during our stay. Quick responses and always willing to make everything right. Location is ideal to Coligny and walked down the beach to the Tiki Hut. Quiet condos. Very pleased. Will stay here again.

Fun Trip!

We loved staying at this villa! The location is PERFECT! The villa was clean and stayed cool during our stay. The owners left us cute cookies decorated like an octopus and turtle! We liked the pool with our baby. We only used the fridge and microwave once, but the kitchen was nice. Communicating with the owners was easy and professional. There were carts to bring our luggage up. Overall it was a great place to stay for our baby girl's first beach trip!!

Nice place. Close to the beach. Just a few things I would like to have been different. The mattress was very soft and sinking. Not enough towels and wash cloths. It would be great to put a high top and high top chairs on the balcony.

Took an extra couple of days on a recent vacation road trip and decided to stop by Hilton Head. Found Kendall's property online and booked it. It was just as described, it was very clean, and close to the beach and other entertainment. Was even notified early that the property was ready to go well before check in.

Incredible

This was our first time to HHI and it was amazing. We were able to walk to plenty of awesome restaurants. The place was perfect for the two of us. Owner was very responsive (even though I wasn’t as I wasn’t checking the app but she was just checking in). We can’t wait to come back and would definitely stay here again. The beach is right off the property. 2 min walk maybe. We carried chairs, a cooler, and towels (all provided by the owner). I couldn’t have imagined it better, especially for the price. Bed was comfortable, great view. If anyone is going to Harbour Town next year for the RBC Heritage, you can walk to Coligny center from here and a Kelly Tours bus will take you right there. We had used cabs but this would have been much easier.

A compact condo in a large multi-unit building, with direct access to the public beach with miles of walking. It is also within walking distance of restaurants and churches and a short drive to Publix, pharmacies and gas stations in a pleasant neighbourhood..

Adequate Beach Condo with awesome location

It was a bit deceiving as we were under the impression we would be ON the beach or close enough with a full ocean view (as the goal was to be able to crack balcony door and actually HEAR the ocean. This was not the case. The property is a bit dated and majority of the outlets need to be updated or replaced. The shower pressure is very hard — if you suffer from skin sensitivity (ie fibromyalgia) taking a shower is torture! The location for this place though is what makes this property worth it. Seating in the living room/dining room is limited, thankfully there was a rocker on the balcony we were able to take advantage of during our stay. If the post is to stay outdoors all day either shopping, biking, walking or at the beach then... then “X marks the spot”! When some issues did arise, the owners were very accommodating and easy to contact.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo is wonderful!! The location was perfect as it is a nice walk or short bike ride on the beach or bike path off the street to the restaurants and shops at Coligny. The unit is very quiet and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need including a Keurig. Kendall made the check in/check out process extremely easy and provided excellent communications on everything prior to my arrival. I will definitely stay here again!
