This condo is on the first floor and in the front of the building It has extra windows to bring in light and has easy access to the beach. Just inside the front gate, make a right and it is the first one on the right. This is a corner unit with an extra large balcony that wraps from the front and around the more private side of the building.

Go up to the fourth floor to enjoy the pool and hot tub that looks out over the ocean. You can also use the 2 pools that are oceanside at Seacrest just across the street.

Inside the condo, there are designer upscale furnishings . Professionally and tastefully done design work includes a king bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds. A sofa also pulls out in the living area. Each bedroom has its own bath. The kitchen is fully furnished. The dining table seats 6. The outside porch has a table and chairs.
