Queen's Grant 568 is a cozy and inviting Palmetto Dunes condo with plenty of space for the whole family! Inside, this condo features an open and very stylish living area with soaring ceilings. Adjacent to this, there's a dining area with seating for six, while meals can be prepared in the full, well-equipped kitchen. Step through the sliding glass doors and find yourself out on your private, furnished deck complete with a gas grill. Guests of this condo will also have access to multiple shared, outdoor pools located right on-site.

Spacious villa in excellent location

The kitchen is very nice but not enough dishes for our party, more plates, bowls, unbreakable glasses, a large frying pan would be nice. Need more coasters, more than one kitchen towel and dish cloth. Bathrooms need more towel bars and hooks, the exhaust fans are useless. The large deck is nice with a pretty view, but needs comfortable furniture or cushions. Floor mats at entry doors would help keep sand out. The pool needs cleaned. Location to pool is nice, we always had lounges at pool.

Great location, updated and roomy!

Would have liked to have map or directions to general store, beach, chair rentals info etc. Googled and called around and found both very convenient but would have liked to have info available. I it was older as all of Hilton head but updated and much larger than newer units. Only negative no kerig which was a let down when so many like different coffees they bring with them. Would highly recommend.. just bring your own kerig.

Palmetto Dunes Vacation

The location of the property is excellent and it was clean. However, the unit is in serious need of updating. Some of the appliances were dated although serviceable. Sliding doors to the deck were very difficult to open and two of the handles were broken. The bathrooms were very dated. Nonetheless we enjoyed our vacation but would not stay at this property again.

Great condo for the price!

My family and I spent 4 nights in this condo and it was a pleasant surprise. The neighborhood is was nice and we were comfortable and felt safe. Fair warning, your GPS will not know where the actual building is but you can see the building numbers from the main road. The inside was enormous! The kitchen and family area were spacious for all of us. The beds slept great and we had all of the expected amenities. The bathroom attached to the king room has tropical wallpaper that we actually found adorable. The yard and back deck were gorgeous and the community pool was within walking distance. Palmetto Dunes beach is about a 10 minute walk but its an easy walk for kids. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location but condo was dirty

I really wanted to love this condo as we've stayed at other condos in Queens Grant and the location is great. This condo offered an additional bathroom which is why we booked it. Unfortunately, the furniture, rugs, and blanket for the bed were so stained they grossed us out. Every utensil we took out to use was dirty. EVERYONE. I'm shocked that the owner of this condo would think this is ok. Probably my biggest complaint is that there aren't any handrails off the deck, making the steep steps impossible to use for older persons, like myself. The weather was great and condo was spacious but being unclean is not ok.

Thanksgiving vacation

We were not happy with the mold on the vents and the shower curtains. We’re not happy with the size of the TV in the living room...the deck needs to be cleaned and stained...Towels had stains on them...the kitchen was not anywhere near equipped to handle dinner, dead bolt did not work ..owners to to upgrade a lot of the villa...would not recommend Queens grant to anyone

the computer picture shows the furniture closer to the tv than it acutally is. the TV screen is toooo small for the distance of the furniture. Recommend moving furniture closer to tv or getting huge tv screen. THE DISHWASHER DID NOT WORK /WASHED ALL DISHES/POTS/PANS BY HAND-NEEDS IMMEDIATE WORK. The outside door to unit is definitely not conducive to making one think the inside will be nice (which it was)-- door bottom is rotten and peeling....NEEDS IMMEDIATE WORK. Only one (1) kitchen towel was left to dry dishes...certainly 2 towel s are minimum for kitchen for any length of time a rental --3 days or 7 days. We used dryer twice...couldn't find lint trap to clean...you better check that so no fire is possible in future. Great location. Main complaint besides dishwasher is we couldn't see that small tv in living room from any of the two sofas that were there...would not rent this unit again because of that.
