The home sits on a wide and quiet stretch of beach away from the hotels and condos, yet only about a mile from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Coligny Plaza. Enjoy the privacy and lush landscape of the fenced yard surrounding multiple pools, deck, and cabana. [you will have plenty of parking on the private cul-de-sac].

When you step inside the front door, the view will amaze you! The large open concept living/dining space keeps the group connected as the hub of the house, but there are multiple gathering and private spaces to spread out and enjoy different activities.

The chef’s kitchen (with 6 burner Viking cooktop, double ovens, multiple dishwashers and refrigerators), can handle big meal prep for any large group. Also available, are 2 large gas grills just steps from door. If the chefs need a break, choose to grab some delicious take-out and serve buffet style from 2 large kitchen islands.

The multiple indoor dining tables can accommodate 12, 6-8, and 4 (plus 6 counter seats). No need to eat in shifts with your large group! You can also enjoy outdoor dining on the deck or cabana.

SUN & FUN

The private raised boardwalk takes you from the pool deck, across the dune, to the soft sand of the islands famous beaches. There is not only a beachside shower to clean off all the sandy fun, but another located next to the pool (for that really sandy kid ;).

At the house, there is a hot tub, large leisure pool, and even a kiddie pool - something for everyone in your group.

Float in the pool while you watch your favorite team on one of 2 65” cabana TV, or belly up to the bar for a snack and a drink.

GAMES and ENTERTAINMENT

When you need a break from the sun or just want some friendly competition with your group, head to the lower level Gaming Center. You will find a dedicated gaming TV to connect your equipment to, shuffleboard, air hockey, ping pong, cornhole, foosball, and plenty of seating too.

The media room, with fully equipped wet bar and serving area, is a great spot to relax. There is ample seating to watch sports and movies on the 85” TV.

(There are 12 TVs in the house so you’ll never miss a thing). The media room also allows you to hook up your playlist to the speaker system inside and outside the house. WiFi connections cover all rooms and pool area.
