The house was very nice. While it had many great amenities, a few items required maintenance (i.e. loose bathroom sink faucets). The house was well-stocked not only with paper goods, etc., but there were also many beach necessities available for use which made it easy to travel there without extras (e.g. beach chairs). The adjacent lot had construction ongoing, so it would have been nice to know that prior to booking. The workers were there bright and early each morning, so sleeping in was not possible. Also, as others have said in the reviews, the backside view from the house is not great, just know that going into the rental. Overall, we had a good stay.

Great stay in Hilton Head

This was a top notch place to stay for my group and I. Everything was clean and it provided everything we needed for the weekend. The elevator was a huge benefit as I recently had leg surgery and would have struggled to move up and down the stairs. Would highly recommend staying here!

Bride Tribe Bachelorette!

Our group celebrated a bachelorette weekend in Hilton Head, SC and had an amazing time at this beach house! It was spacious, clean, had all the amenities, and just a short walk to the beach. Michael was so easy to communicate with leading up to the stay and answered any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Beach vacation

Great property. Plenty of space for 10 adults. Well-equipped, everything we needed for a full week. Pool, fire pit, and grill were nice to have. The beach gear (umbrellas, towels, chairs, coolers, wagons) was a nice bonus. Michael was a great host.

Great Beach Getaway

My extended family of 12 stayed here for a week and just loved it. Plenty of room for everyone- included small kids - to run around and play. The kitchen was stocked, the beds were all in good shape and the pool was nice and warm. Easy walk to the beach and arcade. Next time we visit Hilton Head, we will be staying here again!

11 of our family members stayed at this beautiful place! 2 of the 3 mornings we drove to Parris Island, and it really was not a bad drive! 3 nights was certainly not enough, but was all we had this trip! We're looking forward to a return trip! Everything was marvelous!

Sandcastle House

Home was beautiful, very well equipped for our family of 9, close to beach. A little noisy since 2 homes are being constructed in close proximity. Pool was very nice.

Just got back from a fabulous stay in this very clean, well appointed home. Michael was an absolute dream to work with and was so very accommodating to ensure our family gathering went off without a hitch. Beautiful area, close to two clean beaches with calm waters. The little kids and the group loved the pool and we all enjoyed evenings around the fire pit. Michael, thank you for the roaster (I did notice and appreciate you). I would highly recommend a stay at 79 Sandcastle. The golf cart rental was fun and I am glad we opted to add it on.

Christmas in January

This place was absolutely awesome. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Extra toilet paper and paper towels as well. The owner thinks if everything to make your stay more comfortable and stress free. I hope to be back to this property, maybe when it’s warmer.

House had everything

Beautiful home. Owner was responsive and extremely helpful and easy to work with. Never stayed in such a well stocked house. The house had everything including charcoal for the grill and wood for the fire pit. The pool and hot tub were great and the elevator came in very handy for my elderly mother. Would definitely stay here again.
