The property is everything it says it is. Proximity to the Beach and Coligny is perfect. Outdoor space is wonderful. They have plenty of Beach chairs so you don’t need to bring all the extra things you think you need. We will be renting this property again. We had 20 people in the house and never felt crowded.

Amazing family reunion

The property was an amazing opportunity for all a teen of our family to come together from around the country and celebrate my parents' fiftieth wedding anniversary. The property was perfect for this with several open communal spaces for gathering groups, huge kitchen with seating for everyone, and perfect sleeping arrangements. My parents appreciated the master on suite off of the general first floor living area. The beach is so close and the kids were kicked out frequently to head to Coligny Plaza.We had a couple opportunities for service that were quickly addressed to make our stay comfortable.

This house has it all!!

This house earns the highest score for location by being a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to Coligny Plaza as well. The layout, size, number of bedrooms and baths and ample number of spaces for everyone to gather or get some quiet time was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids ages 3-12. Having 2 dining tables was also convenient for having room for games, puzzles and crafts while also having a table free to seat 12 for meals. We spent most of our time at the beach or pool so the table by the pool was very handy for lunch and snacking. It was pretty hot during the last week of June and we really enjoyed jumping into chilled pool water for a refreshing swim. The water temp was perfect!The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, cookware, bakeware, serve-ware, dishes, glasses and utensils. We had a private chef one evening and even she was impressed! The property manager met us at check-in and oriented us. She responded promptly when we had a small issue arise during our stay. The issue was resolved quickly.This was without a doubt the nicest rental we have had!

This home was perfect for our large family of 18. Everything you needed was there felt like home. The pool and the proximity to the beach were great for all. The screened in porch was great when it rained along with our morning coffee. Management staff was top-notch great communication when needed. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent Beach House

Couldn’t ask for a better beach house to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary to share with the full family! Pool was the very best to entertain the kids and relaxing for the parents! Enough space for each family to have their own space to relax or get quiet time after a long day at the beach or going to Savannah!

Convenient and Comfortable

We had a great stay at 21 Egret. Reservation and check-in communication was timely and thoughtful. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hangout. The house had everything you might need, including a well stocked kitchen, beach equipment, and games and puzzles to get us through a couple of dreary days. It was really nice to have easy walking distance to the beach, local shops, grocery store and dining.

September Sunshine in Hilton Head

Hilton Head is a beautiful island and we were blessed with great weather. There is lots to do there. We enjoyed the many amenities of the property. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was plenty of room for our group. Any issues were addressed quickly. We will stay again.

Great for our large group

We had 8 adults and 12 kids (all 8 and under). This accommodated us so well. Further the house was meticulously cleaned prior to our arrival and the amenities exceeded all expectations. The short walk to the beach was perfect for our large group. This will be our house of choice when we come back to HHI.

Amazing Hilton Head house

House was amazing. All I could say when I walked in was " Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh". A great location, maybe 3 minute walk to beach. Pool was great and the adults especially enjoyed the screened porch.

My husband and I, along with 4 adult children and their partners and 4 other adults spent the week at this FANTASTIC beach house!! Everything and I mean everything, is there for what you need for a beach vacation!! It was a perfect set up for our family!! We enjoyed the yard and watching a thunderstorm from the screened in porch one evening. Everything is so close. The beach steps away, the shops and restaurants within walking distance. We are definitely going back next year . We all LOVED it!!!!

Hurricane Debbie Family Reunion

Yes it rained for a majority of our time but we didn’t let that stop us from enjoying Hilton Head and the numerous amenities of 21 Egret! The house was simply amazing. Our large family had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and get some much needed rest. The oversized kitchen made for great conversations while cooking or playing games. Everyone enjoyed the pool and bago despite the rain! The house is steps away from the beach far enough away from the bigger crowd that accesses from Coligny yet an easy walk to Pool Bar Jim’s if you wanted a frozen drink. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic House for Large Family

We’ve been coming to HHI for 23 years now, and this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed to date. The location is perfect and the house did not disappoint. Adventures w Loli & Pop

Every year we plan an adventure with our children and grandchildren. This house knocked it out of the park for all of us! Our group included 9 adults, 3 children and 2 infants. This house is so spacious with multiple areas to please everyone! We loved the big pool and spa. The walk to the beach was very convenient and we had no trouble finding the perfect beach spot. The extra’s this house provided were an added bonus! They had chairs, towels, a sand wagon, ping pong table, a dream kitchen and so much more! The girls handling our rental were always prompt with their help and or responses. You can’t go wrong with this rental!! We can’t wait for next year!!

21 Egret is as good as it gets for a vacation rental. The owner was very responsive and clear from day one. The property manager came to introduce herself upon arrival to make sure we understood the elevator operation, refuse/recycle schedule, etc.. these little things go a long way when staying at a property for the first time. The walk to the beach and the local businesses at Coligny was easy. The beach in front of the house was not crowded and very accessible. This home was perfect for our family and would also work very well for an all adult stay. We've stayed in many homes on HHI over the past several years, this is the first one that was not directly on the beach and it was absolutely the best home we've occupied. The listing was spot on and the amenities exceeded our expectations. This is a luxurious style home with all the comforts of your full time residence. The owner and manager really care about the quality of this property and the renters experience, You'll love this property!

Wow! This property is even more than we could have imagined. We had 3 families with 7 children ranging from ages 11-14 and everyone had a perfect week. As soon as you walk in, the house is beautiful. The space is well thought-out for large groups gathering to spend time with one another. Bedrooms with private baths, multiple areas to entertain inside, as well as a beautiful kitchen to prepare meals were all perfect. The outside was our favorite spot! The screened in porch was our go to for morning coffee, and we loved sitting at the table by the pool, eating and spending time! The pool was immaculate, and the hot tub was a nighttime favorite spot! Everything about this property, from owners to property management, construction, decor to home setup, it’s going to be hard to ever top this vacation rental! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. It was an amazing getaway!

Best house in North Forest Beach

We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for years and this house was by far our family favorite! The house is super clean, perfectly designed, and beautifully decorated. No detail missed. The location is perfect. Short walk to Coligny and so close to the beach. The living room is great for hanging out and the tables were great for playing games and dining as a family. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family of twelve including two small children stayed for a week. The house was great in all respects. The living areas and bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The location near both the beach and Coligny Center is outstanding. Simply one of the best rentals we have ever had.

Amazing home

Finally a VROB with a 5 star rating that checks all the boxes. We have been so disappointed with most rentals, but this home was carefully constructed to actually think about who was going to rent it. King beds, private baths, large kitchen with plenty of seating. The list goes on and on. Love the fact the owners provided beach towels with plenty of beach chairs and toys. We look forward to renting again! A big thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Beautiful Large New House

This is a beautiful house with seven bedrooms, all comfortable. I have rented a lot of houses for beach and skiing and this is the best ever for layout, comfort and amenities. The pool and hot tub are very nice as is the screened porch. The house is very close to the beach making beach visits easy. I couldn’t recommend this house more.
