Shipyard's private Beachfront parking w/parking pass provided—showers, restrooms, beach - umbrella & chair rentals are available on beach. Neighborhood’s huge pool, golf at the club (just walk over - golf fees apply), play FREE tennis & Pickleball on the lighted courts across the street. Relax at Indigo Spa, eat out at Brickyard Pub, or at one of Sonesta Resort's indoor/outdoor restaurants or bars—all within our resort gates!
