Welcome to 3 Wanderer Lane, a gorgeous elevated two story home that is only steps from the beach, located in North Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island! This home has been updated and is gorgeous! From the moment you walk up the steps and enter the home you will be excited.

Beautiful hardwood floors welcome you into the main living area. The living room has a large blue sectional sofa, two accent chairs and a 65” Roku TV mounted over the fireplace. Plenty of sunshine comes in from the wall of windows that overlook the pool deck. Behind the sofa is a blue wooden dining room table that seats eight. There are an additional four seats at the adjacent kitchen counter. The kitchen is large, well equipped and is open to the first floor making this the perfect kitchen if you must cook while on vacation. There is also a sunny breakfast room with a large farm table and six chairs located off the kitchen that overlooks the spacious pool area. From this room you can exit to the pool deck. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room with sink, washer and dryer. In the hall there is a ½ bath with a pedestal sink. Down this hall is one of two master suites on the first floor. Each bedroom has newer furniture, nice linens and private bathrooms. The first is a nautical themed bedroom with navy blue walls, king bed, bench seat and mounted 50” Roku TV. The en-suite bath has a double vanity with skylight above and a walk-in shower. To the left of the living room is the other master suite which is carpeted and has blue walls, a king bed, accent chair, walk-in closet and mounted 42” Roku TV. The private bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs at the landing area is an additional seating area with a sofa, bench seat and a 32” TV in the armoire making this the perfect kids retreat in the home. There are 4 bedrooms located on the second floor along with 2 bathrooms. To the right of the stairs is a bedroom with a king bed and 32” TV. Next door is another bedroom with two twin beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with two separate vanities and a tub/shower combo. On the other side of the stairs is a bedroom with a queen bed and 32” TV and a bedroom with two twin beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The home is located only steps from the pristine beach on Hilton Head and a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza and the tennis courts. There is a private pool and spa at the home, a large pool deck, a table that seats eight, four lounge chairs, two additional chairs and a Char-Broil grill. A great place to relax in the sun and enjoy an outdoor meal! Parking is permitted in the attached garage, additional parking space available in the driveway at the home.
