205 North Shore Place is one of our premier North Forest Beach rentals on Hilton Head Island and this villa has all the amenities for a luxurious vacation. Located on the second floor of this upscale complex, guests will delight in the fourth floor rooftop swimming pool and hot tub where they can look across the street over trees at a partial view of the ocean.

Designer decorated with a soothing color scheme, guests will feel relaxed on their vacation while staying here. Right by the entrance, behind the closet door, is the stackable washer and dryer. To the left, there is a dining room table that seats four. The galley style kitchen offers a breakfast bar that seats three, Corian counters, double sinks, and a flat top stove. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with a gray queen sized sleeper sofa, love seat and one accent chair plus a 50” SMART TV with DVD player. A door leads out to a large covered balcony overlooking Coligny Plaza and is surrounded by trees, providing the perfect space for sipping your morning coffee or a cool glass of lemonade mid-afternoon. This veranda has a table that seats four plus two lounge chairs, great for relaxing and reading your favorite book.

Off the living room is the carpeted master bedroom with a king bed, 42" SMART TV, and a beautiful private bath with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. There is also a door leading out to the veranda. The guest bedroom, which is located to the right of the front entrance, has two twin beds, a 32" SMART TV, and a private bath with a combination tub/shower. This villa is sure to provide your family with a memorable vacation.

Our guests also may use the North oceanfront pool at the Sea Crest Complex which is located directly across the street. The beach is only a minutes’ walk away from the complex and Coligny Plaza is located directly across the street where there is shopping, dining and entertainment. The complex is gated and the parking is covered and the elevator services all five floors of this beautiful beach complex.
