Welcome to the BESTNEST at 1409 South Beach Villas in Sea Pines (225 South Sea Pines Drive). Beautifully renovated and super stylishly decorated in a California meets coastal Carolina vibe. Just 50 yards to beach!

1409 South Beach Villas is a wonderfully comfortable villa and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciate when we vacation.

The superb South Beach location (50 yards to the ocean!) and comfort of this villa make it a star! We've installed smart TVs plus Sonos sound, and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection.

This villa boasts an exceptionally outfitted kitchen, opening into a dining area and beyond to the living area, offering comfortable seating for dining or relaxing. Enjoy dual outdoor spaces, too-- an upstairs deck off the first master bedroom, and the main deck off the living area with seating for 6, TV, plus Weber gas grill.

Four bedrooms (2 Kings including one on main level, 1 Queen and 2 Twins) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as smart TVs. The bathrooms are fully renovated, each fully en suite and sparkling clean. There is also in-unit laundry room and our favorite powder room ever (see why we call it the crab bath), and two dedicated work/desk spaces.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out your back door, turn right, walk approximately 50 yards to the water's edge.

POOL: Just steps away from the brand NEW community pool!

PETS: We welcome your dog for an additional fee of $350. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. Please inquire if you have questions.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps. We also stock beach wagon and toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. All you have to do is come and enjoy.
