Welcome to 1403 Sea Crest! This two bedroom villa has never been on the rental market and just got all new flooring and furniture! Be one of the first to stay in this 4th floor ocean view villa!

As you enter into the property, you have a bedroom on each side of the foyer. To the right is a guest room with two queen beds, 45" SMART TV and private access to a full bathroom with separate tub and shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
To the left of the foyer is the primary bedroom with king bed, 45" SMART TV, private bathroom and small private balcony overlooking water gardens and out to the beach and pool. The private bathroom has a double vanity and separate tub and shower.

The living room offers an off white sofa and two coastal printed armchairs, 55" SMART TV and access the main balcony.
The dining area has a white wood table with seating for six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has dark granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and three white barstools for extra seating.
