10 East Wind, a premier vacation rental in Palmetto Dunes Plantation, is a beautiful home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This 4 bedroom, 5 full baths and 2 half bath home has all the amenities you could dream of. 10 East Wind was featured on the Hilton Head Island 2010 Architect Tour of Homes. The 1st floor consists of a beautiful granite bar area that opens out to the perfect outdoor living space, and adjacent to the new pool and spa, which makes it perfect for entertaining. Also on this level is a Den living area with 60" TV, sleeper sofa and full bath. There are also 3 bedrooms located on this level and all have their own private bathroom and 32" SMART TV's.
The 2nd level is an open floor plan featuring Spectacular Ocean Front Views from most of the rooms. Guests can prepare Gourmet Meals in this “Chefs Dream” Kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, two dishwashers, six burner Viking stove, double ovens and spacious pantry. The Great Room is adjacent to the Kitchen and Dining Area and provides a 60" SMART TV and plenty of seating for the entire group. All of this opens out to another outdoor living space with panoramic Atlantic Ocean Views. The Master Bedroom is located on the second level with king bed, 43" SMART TV and spectacular ocean views and access to the travertine patio. The Master Bathroom features granite countertops with double sinks as well as a large walk-in closet.
The pool and spa and the deck space are a great place to sun bathe and relax while taking in the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views. All of the decks provide plenty of seating and dining and the home is equipped with a gas grill. Follow the private custom boardwalk down to the beautiful wide beach and enjoy your day watching the waves come in and out and when you return to the home you can wash off the excess sand at the outdoor shower.
