Great condo, great location! Views off the deck to Calibogue Sound and sunsets. Walk out the door to the beach or to the Salty Dog and South Beach Marina where there is live entertainment throughout the summer and on many weekends and holidays during the off-season.

The owner is a 25+ year hospitality veteran and has renovated this condo to include the high-end comforts of home and leading-edge technology. These modern refinements will make your stay relaxing and memorable: high-speed Wi-Fi, a 65” smart Samsung TV in the Living Room, a 55” smart LG TV in the Bedroom, dimmable LED lighting, ceiling fans and all the kitchen essentials you will need.

The condo is a second floor end unit affording privacy and a view.

The king-size bed in the master bedroom and the queen-size sleeper sofa bed in the living room are both premium gel-foam mattresses. You will sleep soundly - read the reviews! Plus, there is a full-size washer and dryer in the bedroom walk-in closet just in case you need to do laundry.

This South Beach location includes proximity to new pickle ball and tennis courts. Reservations arranged through the South Beach Racquet Club. Watersports available at the South Beach Marina include paddleboards, kayaks, fishing tours, and dolphin watching. South Beach Marina also offers seasonally-operated restaurants (including the Salty Dog), gift shops, and a general store. And be sure to book a Salty Dog sunset cruise (best deal on the island!)

Lastly, all of the Sea Pines amenities are right at your doorstep or an easy bike ride down the leisure trails. This is a second floor end unit facing the Calibogue Sound. Please note there are exterior steps in ALL Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Sea Pines is well underway on a $50 million infrastructure improvement program. Leisure trails have been widened, roads have been paved and new tropical landscaping abounds. The long-awaited renovation of the South Beach Pool is now complete and short-term rental guests staying in the Bluff Villas may register and pay at the pool during the summer months.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this Bluff Villas condo. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. It looked exactly like the photos, if not better. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach, pool, and all the fun and charm of the Salty Dog area. It truly doesn’t get more convenient than this.Tom was a dream to work with. He was incredibly responsive and helpful before booking and provided such thorough, thoughtful information before check-in that everything went smoothly from start to finish. We had friends staying in another Bluff Villas unit, and they were in awe of how much nicer and better-equipped this condo was in comparison.The condo came stocked with clean linens, towels, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, and even complimentary shower toiletries. Such a nice touch that made us feel right at home.We can’t wait to come back and are already hoping Tom has more units available as our family continues to grow. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and even nicer than the pictures. The owner needs to update the description to specify that the pool is open but is not included in your rental fees. You will need to purchase a pass for pool access.

Tastefully Decorated & Quick Beach Access

The beach cannot be seen from the unit but it’s a 5 minute stroll and you’ll feel your feet in the sand! Walk to Salty Dog in 5 minutes. Bike path is also across the street…we always call Island Bike Rentals; most reasonable on the island! The unit was nicely decorated and had a decent size lanai. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of bathroom counter space for our toiletries. Plenty of counter space in kitchen as well. The microwave and dishwasher (bring pods!) worked well…didn’t use range. Washer & dryer work well, too (bring pods & dryer sheets!). Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas (on lanai). Important note: If you plan on bringing any food or drinks to the beach, bring a cooler and some disposable containers & cups. Would stay here again.

We spent a long weekend in Hilton Head and loved this condo. It was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Please note that the glass sliding door off the living room needs repairs to be able to open it. Was not a major issue as we were able to gain access to the balcony from the bedroom. Thanks for everything.
