  • Vernieuwde veranda, keuken en terras. Nieuw bij VRBO, maar niet nieuw voor ons bedrijf - een mooie villa met een geweldige reputatie. Vraag gerust naar beoordelingen van eerdere advertenties. Bed configuratie is een koning in de master, koningin in de slaapkamer 2, en 2 aparte bedden in de slaapkamer 3. Gelegen op een zeer korte wandeling naar de nieuwe Plantation Club Golf Complex en de prachtige nieuwe Seapines Beach Club - zoals u kunt zien op de foto's. Grote directe golf fairway uitzicht vanuit de belangrijkste leefruimte en patio.

    Gratis fietsen zijn inbegrepen en zal wachten wanneer je aankomt. Gebruik ze op de vele brede fietspaden gaan zowat overal binnen Seapines - Je hoeft 't echt nodig je auto veel voor deze vakantie. --- Park recht voor - Breng uw huisdier en geniet van alle hondvriendelijke bedrijven en parken. Seapines heeft ook een gratis trolley gaat de meeste locaties binnen Seapines. Alle bed / badlinnen zijn aanwezig evenals strandlakens en strandstoelen. Gratis tennis EN 1/2 PRIJS PICKLE BALL wordt aangeboden op een prive-tennisbaan-gratis draadloos internet en 4 tv's met kabel. This was the perfect spot and location to be in the middle of everything you needed to get to - the beach, the stores, the restaurants; all within a quick bike ride - the condo was perfect for all entertainment purposes for us, our kids, and the dogs offering amenities we utilized daily - hopeful to be able to come back again to the same location next year and the years following!

We love staying at this place! The location is fantastic, and the owners have done a lot fixing the place up…very responsive to suggestions from their guests. Every aspect of the process of renting, check in, check out, etc. is as easy as it can be.

This is a convenient property with golf course views and easy walk-ability to Sea Pines Beach Club (10 min). It is well equipped for cooking and dining in. It’s definitely a well loved rental. The master bathroom has been updated beautifully, but the upstairs mattress is in need of replacement. We enjoyed our stay!

Jessica is excellent. Great responsive service. Highly recommended.Some bowl plates in the closet were not cleaned. House had a musty smell but we got candles and fragrances. Quality was good but not high end - probably appropriate for prices paid

Everything we needed was there. Clean, great neighborhood, quiet neighborhood. Dogs loved it and enjoyed watching the wildlife out the big windows. Would rent again!

We absolutely loved our 8 days here! The location was great. We rented bikes and rode them everywhere. We loved seeing the alligators, deer, different birds and all the wildlife! Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! Condo was very clean and well stocked. And the manager Jessica very responsive to our needs. Location was nice with everything being an easy bike ride or close drive.It would have been helpful to know the pool would not be open until May. Also, we would have liked to be able to open sliding doors for fresh air, but the screens had holes in them and were blocked by the couches.

Family time

We spent a wonderful week on Hilton Head Island. The house was in a wonderful location location. It had plenty of room for 5 adults and our fur baby. We look forward to our next trip to HHI, and hopefully our next stay at the same unit.

Hilton Head getaway with friends

We love Sea Pines and particularly this area. It’s close to Harbortowne but more importantly the beach. The place is a tad dated and needs a bedside table and lamp on the right side of the bed in upstairs queen bedroom.

Great place to stay

Our family stayed here for a week. The house was great and very functional. The location is close to the beach with easy access to the rest of Sea Pines by bicycle. It was a really fun time for our whole family.

Great Accommodations

We loved the place and the proximity to the beach and Beach Club. It was also great to be able to bike to Harbour Town. We couldn’t get the thermostat to regulate the temperature in the condo evenly, so it was almost always too warm upstairs and cold downstairs, but overall we were satisfied.

Pet friendly villa close to beach

Great stay-- the property and beaches were truly pet friendly. Villa had everything we needed. It even included sheets to cover furniture. It is close to the beach house, which also has a fantastic seafood restaurant with water views. The only thing I would note is the stairs to 2 of the bedrooms is slightly steep, but there is a master bed/bath downstairs, along with a guest bathroom.

Very comfortable accommodation and excellent location

This was a spacious, well furnished villa. The kitchen was excellent and it was a good location for our dog. The walk to the beach was easy. We had one small issue with the tv and Jessica came and fixed it immediately. We have already booked another villa in the neighborhood for next year.

Had a fabulous spring break

We had a wonderful spring break! The property was perfect in space, bedrooms and location to the beach club. It was just a short 7 minute walk to the beach club which was so clean and private. Each of my daughters brought a friend on our spring break and there was something for everyone. I loved being close to Sea Pines center (the coffee shop c'est bon and low country produce was wonderful in the morning). The only suggestion I would say is to include 4 bikes instead of 2. It would have been nice to have more bikes for my girls and there really weren't bikes available to rent.
