The perfect villa for a South Forest Beach vacation on Hilton Head Island. This 1st floor unit in the beautiful Ocean Walk community has convenient entry from either the interior hallway or via a private patio from the parking area. This property features an Indoor pool/spa, pickle ball/tennis courts, as well as an outdoor pool. This villa features two bedrooms and two bathrooms which offer privacy from one another making this a great choice for couples traveling together or families with children. It comes with a fully supplied kitchen for days when you would like to stay in for a meal. Beautiful travertine flooring has been utilized throughout. Sleeping options include a king sized bed in master bedroom, two queen beds in second bedroom. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, mat, and beach cart provided for guest use.

This place is clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Appliances were new and bathrooms feel recently remodeled, and there are thoughtful touches around to make it even more enjoyable for guests. In person matches the photos. It's two apartments that were combined into one so there's the main area & a whole second suite. Great for a little separation or privacy. We really liked the indoor pool & hot tub in the atrium. Outdoor pool and pickleball - tennis courts were in good shape. The location is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Owner was super responsive to questions or concerns. We'll definitely come back!

A bit musty, bathtub and shower needs extensive cleaning. indoor hot tub and pool kept losing water every few days and jets in hot tub kept shutting off and very loud. Hostess was very good, answered questions and/or issues almost immediately. Some dishes and utensils needed to be washed from previous renters.

We had such a relaxing time at this property. The weather rained us in a lot of our stay but the spaciousness of the property allowed us to all be very comfortable and spread out. My teenager loved sitting on the swing on the porch to read during the rain! We did get to the beach at least once each day during the breaks in the rain and it's only a short walk there. Great stay and highly recommend.

Everything was as described. We had a 15 min delay unlocking the box to get the key and fob. Maybe the lockbox needs to be checked for sticking. The host was very prompt to respond and we finally got it after several attempts. The space was perfect for the three of us. I would definitely book again. I would like to say though that the host could at least spring for some liquid or bar handsoap for the bathrooms. We didn't bring any because that is the minimum that we are used to a host providing. We are good clean guest and always leave the units tidy, but I am just always surprised with the cost of the cleaning fee (which I know cleaning is necessary). But when your rules require that we strip beds, gather towels, load and start the dishwasher, taking trash to the rubbish bin and wipe everything down...that cleaning fee for washing linen and remaking beds seemed high. But other than that it was a good rental and a great location for the festival that we came to town for.

The condo was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed in the condo. If I had to make any suggestions; replace the sofa on B side of the condo. It is very uncomfortable. The bicycles were not usable, and most of the beach chairs are rusted.

It was a beautiful condo and we enjoyed staying there. We were disappointed at the fact that the inside pool and Jacuzzi was closed and whoever cleaned for you, left bags of laundry stacked up by the door from the previous tenant. But overall we love it!

Spacious Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was very nice, clean, and surprisingly spacious—plenty of room for four adults to relax comfortably without feeling cramped. Being on the first floor was a big plus, making unloading and coming and going super convenient.A few things to note: the walk to the beach was a bit farther than we expected, and the path itself was quite narrow, which made it a little tricky to get beach wagons and chairs through. Also, we missed having easy access to an outdoor shower or hose to rinse off sand from our feet and beach gear before coming back in. Access to outdoor shower/hose was not within our walking path to and from the beach. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Great location!

Easy to walk to beach, plenty of space to spread out and nice property. I would liked to have had the ability to connect to streaming services on the TVs for my teens when hanging out—it was cable only. Definitely rent bicycles; that was fun!

Great location and easy access as usual. Being older important for us to be able to unload from ground floor. AC worked well- no problems but renovation of indoor pool did create a good bit of noise on Thursday afternoon- I wasn't expecting that- also dust. We had our water cut off because there was a broken pipe Thursday pm for a couple of hours. Thankfully it was repaired that evening. Communication good with owner and I appreciate that. I like staying in a smaller complex plus it is close to my property on Cassina which was housing other family members. Thanks.

To short of a time staying here. I love it on the first floor and you walk out to your patio and right to your car. A few blocks to the beach. I love the jacuzzi and in door pool. But I also love the outside pool. Very convenient and great place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay. It’s newly renovated, clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable, but the king size bed makes noise when you move. All of the beach supplies were appreciated. It’s about a 10 mins walk to the beach or 15 to Coligny. Lots to do without having to drive very far. Owner was quick to respond when we had a little emergency. Great place to stay and would definitely come back.

Quick trip to HHI

The villa was amazing! We didn’t fully realize we would have 2 separate suites although it’s exactly how the pictures show, just so much better! Every detail down to the absorbent white towels and bathroom supplies was perfect. One and only thing I wish we had was a table a 4 chairs on the patio so that the 4 of us could have sat out there together to drink coffee or play games at night. We love the outdoors. We would def book this again. Our friends could not believe how nice it was withers
