Whether your favorite way to relax is by spending time on a golf course, at the beach, sitting poolside or on a tennis court, the location of my 3 BR (2 private rooms plus a loft with a Murphy bed ),2 Bath villa is optimal for all of the above. An infant travel crib is located in the master bedroom closet. The deck overlooks the 10th fairway of the George Fazio course and a lagoon with water fountains . A short walk out the front door will find you at the Turnberry Village pool, and picnic area. Access to the beach or to the tennis courts by car in 2 minutes, by bike in 5 minutes and on foot in less than 15 minutes.(if walking around the golf course). Before and after golf course hours you can access the beach in less time via the cart path.

The first floor of the villa contains a large open living room, spacious dining room, fully stocked kitchen,Master BR with a king-size bed, smart TV and full bath

The second floor consists of a guest suite that has 2 full beds, large closet, smart TV, Walk in shower with large closets., small washer and dryer. The loft has a full size Murphy bed and large wrap around desk that over looks the golf course and water fountain for those eager to work at their stay.

The living room has a 55" smart TV, large sofa and love seat, and 3 chairs with wi-fi and cable that are provided to all TV's. A Bose 4 disc stereo system with jacks for auxiliary devices for a great sound!. Some of our favorite cd's are there for you to enjoy as well.

Deck over looks 10th hole of the Fazio course with high top table and chairs and a gas grill.

Rental equipment is just a short walk inclusive of kayaks,bikes, beach equipment and much more.

*Small pets under 35 pounds are permitted with a non refundable fee per pet of $110.00 Limit 2(dogs over weight are considered on request with additional fees)Resort fee/administration fee is charged to your stay which includes , includes 24-hour security, a car pass, seasonal resort transportation(The Dunes Buggy)wi-fi, and processing fees and housekeeping . This is a nonrefundable fee.

*Parking at Palmetto Dunes: 2 cars are permitted at the villa. One car parking is included in your resort fee. If you need an additional voucher for the 2nd car please let me know and I will arrange but payment has to be made by guest at arrival.
As a private community, the Palmetto Dunes POA has policies in place for controlling access through passes as well as guidelines limiting the days/times access may be granted . *Optional insurance may be obtained at this site or one of your choice to protect your travel investment due to unforeseen circumstances.
