Ocean One 411 - Stunning Ocean Views from 4th Floor

Ocean One 411 is an oceanfront VIP condo that sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. Two outdoor balconies provide panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean over the oceanfront pool. One balcony is off of the living room and the second is off of the oceanside master bedroom. Imagine parking your vehicle when you arrive at Ocean One and being close to so many attractions that you won't need it much for the rest of your stay. After unpacking, stroll out to the balcony and absorb the view. Then, head to the beach or the oceanfront swimming pool. Approximately 11 miles of sandy beach are at your convenience: You can walk, bicycle, swim or just park yourself to relax and watch the surf. You also can take a dip in the large pool. After your time on the beach or pool, guests can rinse off under the outdoor showers located on the complex's private beach walkway. When you get hungry, you can grill your favorite foods on the outdoor gas grills, prepare a meal in 411's kitchen that is stocked with many of the items you would have at your own home. Head out to the numerous restaurants on and off the island if you prefer not to cook. In the evening, you can enjoy the ambiance of a roaring fire at the fire pit area (Open between Labor Day and Memorial Day). Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues and entertainment for all ages. It's also within walking distance to the Lowcountry Celebration Park where many festivals and outdoor music shows are held. The park has an amazing Children's area called The Sandbox Children's Museum. This up to date VIP property has a 55" flat panel TV in the living room, and each bedroom has a 32" flat panel TV. Two of the three bathrooms have walk-in showers. All showers/bath have grab bars.
Thinking of going to the RBC Heritage golf tournament in April? Just walk a few steps from Ocean One to the shuttle buses at the Lowcountry Celebration Park for a quick ride to the tournament.

Great condo & location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean One - 411! The condo was clean (except for a few minor items) and communication with management was excellent. The overall property was very clean and looked freshly painted on the outside. Really liked that security was present 24 hrs. The close proximity to Coligny Plaza was great and the view from the balcony was just what we were looking for. Loved that it was a very short walk to the beach. We will book again next time we head to Hilton Head!

Excellent Location

Property was exactly as advertised. Location for us is critical. This building is 2 blocks from both Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach. You can park your car and not have to drive it the entire length of your stay. We did rent bikes for every day of our stay, which we enjoyed immensely. Rode in the morning and early evening. Also the Tiki Bar is right next door. We could hear the live music from our balcony, but would walk over to get up close. The only negatives were the maintenance crew ringing our our door bell at 8 am to move our vehicle so they could trim the palm trees. Would have been nice to be given advanced notice so we could have parked our car in a different spot and not get woken up on our first day of vacation Second, the maids entered our room while we were out getting our coffee before checking out. Check out us 10 am, maids came at 9 while all our stuff was in the unit unattended.

Great location, disappointed in the condo.

Although the condo was in an excellent location, for the amount we paid, I expected a cleaner facility. Cupboards were dirty and towels that were "cleaned and folded" had dirt or something on the edges, therefore we felt we couldn't trust the rest of the place. Maybe for a vacation rental it's fine for most people, but I'm just a little pickier perhaps. Once I see something dirty (the cupboard/towels), it makes me wonder what else is dirty. Otherwise the physical part of the condo was fine, enough bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. Especially liked sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view!

Amazing location

I love staying at Ocean One — the location can’t be beat. This unit is the probably the best we’ve stayed at in Hilton Head.. Clean and spacious. Had all the kitchen things we needed. We very much enjoyed the view of the ocean from both balconies. We used the community grills to cookout, and the pool was a big hit with the kids. We had one small snafu at check in where the code the gave us for the door was not correct, but luckily they answered immediately when we called and it was revolved in only a few minutes. Would definitely recommend this unit and Ocean One!

Great Getaway!

We were 3 couples looking for a nice warmer getaway place and we found it in Hilton Head! The location is centrally located and near so many restaurants and shops. The condo size was great for us as we each had our own bedroom and en suite bathroom. The 4th floor gave us a great view of the ocean and pool. The condo itself could have been a little cleaner. It is showing signs of age and was rough around the edges. But since we didn’t spend our days hanging out in the condo, it wasn’t a problem. We didn’t cook any meals there, but it appeared to be stocked well enough had we wanted to. 2 of the balcony stools were broken, but we had 6 others that were fine.

Incredible spot on HHI

Incredible place. Views are stunning, huge condo, rooms large with their own bathroom. Bring your own beach towels, and housekeeping should sweep under the couches. Only negative I would say. Everything else was terrific. Walking distance from everything. We were supposed to go to gulf shores, but hurricane ida had different plans so we booked this place a day before check-in. Everything went extremely smooth and they even let us check in a couple hours early.

Fall retreat

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and would love to make this our yearly "go-to" ! It's a beautiful property with amazing ocean views. Walking distance to local restaurants and grocery stores, and only steps from the beautifully maintained pool and boardwalk access to the ocean. Details like a Keurig and extra blankets and towels make it super comfortable. Perfect home away from home!

Great view of ocean, convenient to many restaurants and shops. Condo has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. May need to replace master bed mattress soon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend.

The condo was comfortable and had a lovely view of the ocean. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and loved listening to the music from the Tikki Bat on the balcony. My only complaint is that the condo needs rugs and mattress toppers for more comfort.

5 adult family members stayed in this condo and found the location and layout of the condo to be great. The throw rugs in the kitchen need to be taped down or replaced. Several times, family members almost tripped over the rugs. The LR upholstery is in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. It appears to be very dirty or stained.

This property was as advertised. It was clean, spacious, and the ocean view was perfect! Two minutes to walk to the beach, large pool to social distance at, and a quick 5 minute walk to Coligny Plaza. Would definitely recommend.

Last minute Getaway

We enjoyed our time in HHI during the 2020 pandemic. The property is easily accessed. There are luggage carts to help with getting from the lot to your condo. The layout worked perfectly for our family's needs. The walk to the beach is a quick one and the pool perfect. We were able to watch TV on Roku in the living room but could not get it to work in the bedrooms.

The property was great! It was very clean and the view was amazing! Just like in the pictures. The owners have it decorated nicely and it had all we needed for our stay. It was our second time at Ocean One. We were happy with the property as a whole, the beach access and how near it was to businesses at Coligny.
