  • Restez côté océan et profitez de nombreux avantages d'un complexe en bord de mer sans payer de prix en bord de mer. Les clients séjournant à Ocean One 406 bénéficient d'une vue sur le paysage, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et n'auront pas à traverser une rue pour rejoindre l'océan Atlantique et ses plages de sable blanc. Condo au 4ème étage côté océan pouvant accueillir 6 personnes avec confort. Lit king dans la chambre principale, lit queen dans la chambre 2, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre 3. Après des heures de surf, les vacanciers se rincent sous la douche extérieure située sur la plage privée du complexe, puis se baignent dans la piscine en bord de mer. Ocean One a ajouté une toute nouvelle zone de grillades au complexe juste au-delà de la piscine. Ocean One est un ascenseur de cinq étages situé à South Forest Beach. Parmi les commodités offertes dans toute l'île Hilton Head, Ocean One se trouve à un pâté de maisons du marché de la plage de Coligny, un centre-ville pittoresque qui offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, de boutiques et de divertissements pour tous les âges. This was a fantastic apartment for our family while we visited Hilton head for a wedding. Location is fantastic - on the beach and a quick walk from shops, restaurants and bars. While the apartment was on the fourth floor, elevator access was a big plus for us, as we were traveling with my mother in law who can't get around very easily. Unfortunately our stay was washed out - it rained all day, every day - but that meant we made full use of the common area.Overall a great experience - we would definitely rent from Buddy again.Loved that every room had its own attached bathroom

We really enjoyed the accommodations. We did find out only 3 days before our arrival that the pool was not available. We would have used the pool and maybe opted to rent somewhere else is we knew that a head of time. However the location was ideal for us!

Great place!

The location was wonderful and the condo was wonderful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and were surprised the washer/dryer listed in the description was a quarter operated machine on each floor. Otherwise, the listing accurately described the condo. We had a wonderful time.

Family vacation

The condo was perfect, it had everything needed. The location of Ocean One is perfect. Kids can walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and beach is easily accessible. We had a gem test time!

Loved the property! Beautiful landscaping, wonderful firepits, unit exactly as presented online.Only minus, our granddaughter was heartbroken when her desire to swim in the pool with lights on at night did not happen. Although the signage indicated the pool closed at 9 the pool was locked well before 9. She was terribly disappointed.

Hilton Head Family Vacation 2024

The unit/property was very convenient to the beach and Coligny Plaza. It was a perfect spot for our family of four(all adults). The unit was very clean and well stocked with paper products/soap/electric cords to charge devices and kitchen supplies. My only regret is that the shower faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken and it ran pretty full force the entire time. It was not heard if kept the door to bathroom closed but it was annoying. Was told owner was aware but that the only way to fix it was to replace the whole shower unit? It would have been nice to be informed of the issue ahead of our stay. Overall though we had a great time.

Great location close to Caligny

Spent month pf February here and had a great time. Weather was not good first 2 weeks, cold and raining but we did still have fun. Plenty of good restaurants close by within walking distance. Unit was well equipped in the kitchen though could use a few more teaspoons! My only other complaint is the washing machine made a LOT of noise when running. Clothes got clean and it drained just fine, but it sounded like a couple of bowling balls were in with wash for the first few minutes, then it would settle down. No issues/damage to our clothes, and I forgot to report it as we didn't use it that much and I kept forgetting. Owners may want to have that looked at though. All in all a great experience and I would book here again.

Great location, could have been alot cleaner

Great location, check in quick and easy, spacious for our family and friends. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo, definately bare minimum was done. Under the dressers and beds did not look like they have been vacuumed in a very long time. I cleaned up sticky, brown soda all over the table and legs. I wish it would have been cleaned alot better. The blinds in the bedrooms were missing and broken which made the sunlight annoying in the mornings. New blinds in boxes were under the beds.

We’d be safer at the beach from a hurricane than in our beloved western North Carolina?!This was for 20th annual “girls trip “to Hilton Head. As usual, we enjoyed the sunrises, the beach, the pool, good eating, good friendships, and good relaxing. Some even found time to shop,making our one rainy day a special kind of fun for our shopaholics. While our friends and family were riding out the devastation from Helene, some of us even Had to extend our stay by two days, before we could return home because of impassible roads. We all agree ocean one is “the only “place to stay For it convenience, beautiful beach, and Comfortable accommodations. Folks and short vacation are always most helpful and accommodating. Give us a discount for the two additional days.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a family beach vacation planned and paid for by me. I did have a few complaints. The elevator on our side was out of commission. My 14 month old granddaughter was there so packing and carrying was a big inconvenience with elevator broken. The unit wasn’t very clean, moldy shower curtains, exhaust fans in bathrooms didn’t work. Also killed roaches. All in all the family had a great time together, but in the future I will rent somewhere else. On the plus side, pool was super nice and location was great.

Microwave handle needs to be fixed. TVs were impossible to figure out how to get real channels. Three remotes is too many!! Even asked young kids and they couldn’t figure it out! 🙂 Other than those minor things it was a very nice place. Love the new doors and work done outside!! Complex is great and Seashore always easy to work with!!
