  • Met dekken uit de woonkamer en twee slaapkamers, gasten die verblijven in Ocean One 319 genieten van een panoramisch uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan en de witte zandstranden. Oceanfront VIP-appartement geschikt voor 6 personen comfortabel met een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer, twee tweelingen in slaapkamer 2 en twee tweelingen in slaapkamer 3. Na uren in de branding spoelen vakantiegangers onder de buitendouche op het privéstrand van het complex en duiken vervolgens in het zwembad aan de oceaan. Ocean One heeft een gloednieuw grillgebied toegevoegd aan het complex net buiten het zwembad.
    Ocean One is een liftgebouw met vijf verdiepingen in South Forest Beach. Ocean One is een van de voorzieningen die op het hele Hilton Head Island worden aangeboden, op een steenworp afstand van de strandmarkt van Coligny, een schilderachtig centrum met een breed scala aan restaurants, winkels en amusement voor alle leeftijden. Grammy & Pa vacation

We have been taking our two grandchildren on a Grammy and Pa vacation for the past 15 years. This years stay was wonderful. We will be back!

Spring Break 2025

Our stay was relaxing, quiet, peaceful, and absolutely no flies/insects. It is loud @ night with next door resort which plays music but overall not bad. This place is safe and safety friendly.

Place was ok, fairly clean. Screen broken and just left off track outside, couches need replacement as they are not comfortable at all. Great area, nice pool, beach great, tiki bar and music wonderful. We loved the area.

Great location

We have stayed at Ocean One before, but this unit is our favorite so far. Very spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. We loved the outdoor storage closet for beach gear, and there were several beach chairs inside for guests to use.

Best Location on the Island

The property is incredibly located right in the middle of everything with beautiful ocean views. My young family of 5 enjoyed the pool and easy stroll to the beach and retail district. My wife and I spent every night on our patio overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves. We were also treated to a family of deer who grazed right below our condo every night. The only complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable and the furniture/condo decor is very dated, but with views and location as good as they offer it is nothing short of 5 stars. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great location

Great location! Condo had a great layout, view and was well stocked. The ONLY reason I am giving it an3 instead of 5 is because the beds were very uncomfortable. The frames were cheap and on rollers so they moved around(floors were luxury vinyl) when you turned in your sleep and bounced every time you or spouse rolled over. All beds had these frames. And the mattresses were poor quality. I don’t expect top of The line mattresses but these were thin and uncomfortable.

Daily construction activity in unit across hall annoying but not too early nor too late.

This unit is great for coffee time on our own balcony every morning, beach time (only steps away), walking paths, shopping and restaurants within walking distance, and the outlets just a short ride away. We arrived to a clean, well appointed condo. We had toilet-running issues that were quickly addressed by the management company. The only suggestion for the owners would be to freshen with new sheets. We will definitely consider this unit again!

We had an issue with an appliance that the property management company was able to quickly resolve; however, the appliance continued to have issues. The common outdoor space upgrades to Ocean One were fantastic. Ocean One is in a great location and would recommend staying there for easy beach and pool access.
