Ocean One 319 - Oceanfront 3rd Floor Condo

With decks off the living room and two bedrooms, guests staying in Ocean One 319 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. Oceanfront VIP condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2 and two twins in bedroom 3. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This up-to-date property is beautifully furnished. The contemporary kitchen has warm hardwood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. We have stayed at Ocean One before, but this unit is our favorite so far. Very spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. We loved the outdoor storage closet for beach gear, and there were several beach chairs inside for guests to use.

Great location

Great location! Condo had a great layout, view and was well stocked. The ONLY reason I am giving it an3 instead of 5 is because the beds were very uncomfortable. The frames were cheap and on rollers so they moved around(floors were luxury vinyl) when you turned in your sleep and bounced every time you or spouse rolled over. All beds had these frames. And the mattresses were poor quality. I don’t expect top of The line mattresses but these were thin and uncomfortable.

Best Location on the Island

The property is incredibly located right in the middle of everything with beautiful ocean views. My young family of 5 enjoyed the pool and easy stroll to the beach and retail district. My wife and I spent every night on our patio overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves. We were also treated to a family of deer who grazed right below our condo every night. The only complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable and the furniture/condo decor is very dated, but with views and location as good as they offer it is nothing short of 5 stars. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect winter getaway

We love HIlton Head, but had previously only been in the Spring. Visiting in early January was delightful. The condo is perfect - clean, comfortable, 3 great balconies, all with wonderful ocean views. Saw some amazing sunrises. Communication was easy, and check-in was a breeze. Everything you need to cook, or plenty of nearby options for dining out or take-out. Very pleased with this rental.

Lovely 3BR 3 bath

I grew up visiting HHI as a child. It was wonderful to be able to return with my grandmother who enjoyed such a lovely view. As previous guests have mentioned, one of the televisions in the guest bedroom did not work but luckily I had my computer to set up on the dresser. Otherwise, it’s an excellent place, location and even better view!

Great condo on the beach

Really liked the beds/mattresses. Kitchen utensils not great but similar to other rentals. Pool clean and kept up nicely. Liked our balcony but not much privacy as it’s right next to others. Loved the keyless lock. Would definitely stay here again.
