  • Blijf aan het strand en geniet van vele voordelen van een complex aan de oceaan zonder prijzen aan de oceaan te betalen. Gasten die in Ocean One 106 verblijven, genieten van een landschapszicht, maar steken geen straat over om de Atlantische Oceaan en de witte zandstranden te bereiken. Na uren in de branding spoelen vakantiegangers onder de buitendouche op het privéstrand van het complex en duiken vervolgens in het zwembad aan de oceaan. Ocean One is een liftgebouw met vijf verdiepingen in South Forest Beach. Ocean One heeft een gloednieuw grillgebied toegevoegd aan het complex net buiten het zwembad. Ocean One is een van de voorzieningen die op het hele Hilton Head Island worden aangeboden, op een steenworp afstand van de strandmarkt van Coligny, een schilderachtig centrum met een breed scala aan restaurants, winkels en amusement voor alle leeftijden. Deze mooi ingerichte woning heeft een onlangs gerenoveerde keuken met sprankelende witte apparaten en kasten en granieten aanrecht. Kingsize bedden in de slaapkamer en slaapkamer 2, twee koninginnen in slaapkamer 3 en een woonkamer slaapbank.

Great location, condo was very roomy and we felt right at home. The access to the pool and beach were fantastic. Would stay again for sure!

Great location. Amenities in excellent condition. Filled with everything you need in the kitchen. Appliances work well. Pool area, fire pits, and outdoor grills in good condition. Easy, accessible beach entrance. Walkable to Coligny stores and restaurants. I hope to be back again next year.

Reviewer Comments: We were very surprised when we got there that the washer was not working (we were notified that a new one would be delivered on Monday) it arrived Monday afternoon. The shower in one of the bedrooms was broken (the handle you activate the shower with and stopper for tub was messed up. The pans that were available to use were all scratched up no large cookie sheet, no scissors. Not stocked with the necessities needed to cook a meal. Other than those items we had a great vacation. The rental office did keep us up to date on the washer delivery and the plumbing repairs. The plumber was supposed to to bring back a stopper for tub but never came back.

Loved this condo. Lots of space for our family of 7. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Bedding was good and nice bathrooms. Great location on first level.

Reserved for family during son's wedding

We reserved this condo based on its location to the Beach House where my son's wedding was taking place. The location was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo. It was used for many wedding preparations and was roomy and decorated nicely. We will definitely come back.

Awesome visit, missed the pool!

Unit was awesome, so convenient, clean and plenty of room! The decor was so beautiful and had all amenities!! We were so impressed with what all the unit provided.. utensils, cookware, coolers, serving pieces!! We just missed having the pool for 2days. It has to be closed down. It’s not a big deal with the adults but a little disappointing for the grandbaby. Definitely will rent this unit again!!

We could not get the Keurig to work but enjoyed the Air Fryer and Power XL. The ice maker and the external controls on the fridge did not work. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It was a great vacation including the VayK Gear.

The three bathrooms are essential for us. We liked the improvements this year. We had a little problem with the lights in the kitchen but it was fixed quickly. We love the outside table and seating for our morning paper and coffee. Love the squirrel! The stove needs to be replaced but it was usable and the kitchen cabinets could benefit from a good scrubbing. I believe the owners are making improvements every season because we rented this unit last year and the bathroom has been redone beautifully. We would rent it again. I hope the prices have peaked or drop a little because they went sky high since Covid. We have stayed in Ocean One about 5 years seeing big increases.

The unit was clean and the renovations made so far were very nice. We had a late check in but stopped by the office the next day. The staff was friendly, as always. We had no issues with the unit.

The outside patio was a plus because we had a table with chairs and an outside couch giving us extra seats. We like to bring our things right into the first floor door. I wish they would lose the glass top dining table. They are hard to keep clean and the big chairs take up too much room. Needed a new broom. Other than that we loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental 106 was perfect. It had been cleaned and well stocked with everything needed. Location was fantastic! Close to pool and beach. Would have been nice to have a covered picnic area near grills bit thankful the grills were in good working condition. Easy walk to coligny with lots to do there. Kids wanted to stay in living area to watch movie one night so pulled out sofa sleeper to find very large urine stain so did not utilize. All other beds had mattress pads and were quite comfortable. Would recommend and will definitely be returning in future.
