Dune Just Fine is a six-bedroom luxurious home with quick accessibility to Coligny Plaza. With elegant touches throughout, this upscale, private home in North Forest Beach features two living areas, a private pool and spa*, a summer kitchen, and an outdoor shower. It includes a private elevator with access to all floors, including the garage.

The ground level includes a six-car garage, accessible from Dune Lane and Bittern Street, and a summer kitchen to include an ice maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Perfect for entertaining, host your next barbecue and treat your guests to good eats from the gas grill, and good music played seamlessly through the outdoor speakers. Get rowdy while rooting for your team while you watch the game on the flatscreen TV. Or take a relaxing dip in the large pool and kick back in the eight-person spa.

The second floor features the first living area, a small dining area, and four of the six bedrooms. In the right wing you'll find two bedrooms, each with two twin-sized beds and a jack-and-jill bathroom. Each room boasts views of the pool with their shared balcony access. In the left wing, you'll find the next two bedrooms. One features a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom. The final second-floor bedroom features a queen sized bed and an en suite bathroom also.

LOCATION is amazing! One block from the beach, the tiki bar, shops and Piggly Wiggly. Once we were there we walked everywhere! The house was very clean on arrival. It was very easy to communicate with Five Star, even on the weekend, with questions. We needed help with the hot tub and elevator, but other than that, everything was in working order. The kitchen was VERY well stocked, the beds and bathrooms were very comfortable (and I have a bad back) There were about 8 beach chairs, one umbrella, beach toys, two footballs, a soccer ball and lots of pool floaties. The pool man came once and we just did light cleaning the rest of the week. We had 9 adults and two toddlers. Great for a family vacation with little ones. Since you are so close to the beach to come and go for napsThe pool area was ideal! Half shade/half sun all day. Great grill and full kitchen for dinners and all our drinks!!Well worth the price for family memories!

The house is perfectly located so close to the beach and wonderful restaurants and shopping. When we arrived, our code to the door did not work, but was quickly resolved. The elevator only worked on the first day. Everything else was wonderful!

Great location to the beach, restaurants, activities. Large house with lots of space. Some furniture and carpets could use some updates. The dryer didn't work while we were there, but they gave us a quick solution to help us out during our stay. Overall, it was a great stay for us to have a fun girls weekend

Amazing House and Location

This was one of our top 3 houses we’ve ever stayed at in all our years of traveling. Location was perfect - less than a one minute walk to the beach and a heated pool to come back to when we needed a break from the sand. Bedrooms were all a great size and loved having so many bathrooms for our large party. The only negative was the tvs. Every tv throughout the house, especially the living room and bar, desperately needs an upgrade. Bedroom tvs were very highly wall-mounted and about the size of a computer monitor. Outdoor bar would have been perfection but the television wasn’t much larger - the World Series was going on during our stay and we actually ended up watching on our phones rather than trying to stream it as the tv was so small. Luckily we spent the majority of our time in the water - it just would have been nice to have larger screens to watch family movies at night after getting cozy in our pjs.

Lovely but need some updating

First I would to say that the property is lovely (great layout) and close to the beach, but there were a few issues that we encountered doing our stay. 1 - We could not get into the property until 4:20pm and it was not easy to contact Five Star. (Once we did she was very helpful) 2 - The SPA never did work. They did send someone out but he did not fix it. 3 - The shower on the 2nd floor double bedroom did not work. They did send someone out but he stated that he need to have a plumber come out. Still broke when we left. 4 - The refrigerator handle came off, a guy came out to fix it, but it was still loose. 5 - The cleaning staff is not doing a good job cleaning. The carpet on the stairs could use a good cleaning. There is a lot of dust throughout. 6. Better instructions for the Elevator. 7. Also don't know what is going with the dining room table, very sticky. This is just a suggestion...the owners of this property should probably do a walkthrough, just to see what needs to be updated. Other than that we did have a good time. Thanks

Sorely disappointed

I tried contacting property manager 3 days before arrival it never got a call back. Our unlock code didn’t work in the day of check in. I was unable to get in touch with the property manager for hours without success. I visited their office but the office was closed. I finally received a return call five days later! The place was dirty and had no maintenance since we visited there a few years earlier. There were no trash cans for us to dispose of a week’s worth of trash. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here

Pictures were very deceiving. Waterfall in pool did not work. Furniture was old and dirty. Carpet was old and coming up in places. Paint chipping. Dryer quit and maintenance man was aware of the problem. No beach chairs. Trash not picked up and animals got in it. Electric wires hanging. Toilet seat broke. air conditioner quit on second last day. Those of us who drove left. Four people had to stay since they flew in. Gate broke going into pool area and house from driveway. Elevator not working, etc. very disappointing. We were monetarily compensated. It was very disappointing for our family. We have rented houses on beach before. For what we paid for the week it truly was disappointing. The property has not taken care of.

Homeruns: Location, steps from the beach, we went there every day Pool, while many homes around, pool is very private Space, lots of it, can easily hold a large group, loved the kitchen, grill, pool kitchen, etc - very livable AC - works very well, very comfortable Some small improvements would that could have a huge impact Paint - probably time for some updates Cleanliness - we did some additional light cleaning when we moved in, also smelled like cleaner/bug spray - some quick airing out solved that Garage door opener - no opener, no code, requires an downstairs/upstairs/downstairs process to get the car out and close the garage (we had bikes in the garage) Furnishings - There are plenty of many things, but could use coozies, shot glasses, beach chairs, updated beach, beach umbrella, beach towels Linens - bed spreads are probably ready for an update That's it, all minor stuff, house is great!

Weekend trip in Hilton Head

The house was great! Enough space and privacy for all the couples we were with. Amazing location for stores, restaurants, bars, and the beach! I would have liked if there were more cleaning supplies on hand. We only had two dishwasher detergent pods and could have used one for each day we were there. Also if there was cleaning spray for counters and a broom for general clean up it would have been nice to have on hand.

Stayed at the property for 5 days/ 4 nights. second day in HVAC went out on top floor where the kitchen is located. We were hosting this evening a group of 25 work collogues and investors. Had to completely rearrange schedule, plans, activities. Very unprofessional. Also pool spa didn't work the entire time. Pool company didn't show when expected and refused to fix the spa because the property manager did not inform them. Property manager never responded to my text about the pool. Location was great!

Wonderful property and location but pool needs work.

We were very pleased with the overall property layout and the location. Our only major complaint was the pool. Upon arrival, the pool was green and unusable. That was surprising. Response from the manager was timely and pool people were sent out that day but we still couldn't use the pool Saturday or Sunday. We had the same problem later in the week on Thursday evening and on Friday. Pool was again green and unusable. Pool guys again were sent out but the pool was still green and dirty when we left Saturday morning. We lost three + days unable to swim in the pool. Seems like the pump and filter system needs major repair.

A BIT DISAPPOINTED

The setup of the house is a bit off. The kitchen and Main bedrooms are up on the top floor and then the other three bedrooms on the second floor. There are a lot of stairs and the elevator was not working properly. It made it very difficult for bringing up and down luggage, supplies, and garbage. The dishwasher was not working properly and there were other small items. They did send a maintenance person over to fix a couple of things but the house is showing its age and needs a bit of refurbishing. Very cheaply appointed. Blinds not working, not up to power for the amount of money charged.

Exceeded our expectations!

Great and quick communication. Any time we had questions there was a quick response. We had an issue with the main door and was fixed immediately. Check in and check out was easy. Great layout and abundance of space. There were a total of 10 adults. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, except for two bedrooms that shared a bathroom. Several bedrooms had their own balconies. We loved the location! Short 2 minute walk to the beach. Also close to shops and restaurants. Variety of coffee places to walk to in the morning and a variety of ice-cream places to walk to in the evening. Good thing we were only there a week! LOL! We enjoyed having a private pool which was a good size. Plenty of parking available with the huge garage. Kitchen had everything we needed, Keurig included. Heads up that the elevator is small and slow so we really didn't use it much. We indulged this year and got a place bigger than we have in the past and we were so glad we did!

Great property in a great location

This property met every expectation, and more. It is a well-maintained home (well furnished and outfitted) with short walks to a great beach as well as restaurants and shopping. The pool is great for infants and toddlers with a wonderful community playground within walking distance as an extra bonus. Didn't need to use a car for the entire stay.

Ideal location

The property was as described overall. The house was in a perfect location close to beach and Coligny Plaza. We did have a few challenges with the pool heat and responsiveness from the property manager. A neighbor actually resolved the issue. Otherwise, they responded timely. I have one large caution, one reason we booked this house as that it had an elevator and we had two family members that have issues with stairs. The elevator was not working, no ETA for repairs (which did not occur during our stay for the week). My expectation would be that this should have been communicated prior to my arrival and not a surprise when I walked in the door. If I had a family member in a wheel chair or completely unable to do steps they would have had to spend the week in the garage.

Great Location - Gorgeous Home

This property is perfect for a group visit. There were a total of 7 adults at the property when we stayed and there was plenty of room (never even used two of the bedrooms/bathrooms). The location is amazing to local shops, bars, restaurants, beach, etc. Loved the outdoor bar/patio area and all of the balconies, really a great home. Downsides: pool heat only worked half of the stay when we paid for the full stay (message just sent to company to see if we could get a partial refund), pool waterfall feature did not work, elevator was out of service for our entire stay (not a huge inconvenience but dragging our large bags and lots of groceries upstairs could have been much easier with use of the elevator). Would definitely recommend this location for any group!

Beautiful House

Customer service could of been much better - we had a few big issues that were never addressed during our stay. But, the house is beautiful and the location is incredible, walk across the street and you are at the beach. One block from Coligny plaza with shops and restaurants. Beautiful area.
