This Evian villa in Shipyard is a 2 minute walk to the tennis courts and communal pool for all guests to enjoy! There is lush landscaping throughout the complex - a perfect opportunity for an after dinner stroll! There are multiple lagoons and sitting areas in the complex also. The beach is about a 12 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride away. We provide a BEACH TAG for parking at Beach Club, 5 beach chairs and a beach wagon for your convenience.

Evian is in Shipyard which is ideally located; convenient to Coligny shops and the many island restaurants. The impeccably maintained landscape, numerous lagoons and ponds provide home to a wide variety of native wildlife, miles of biking and walking paths at your doorstep along with a multitude of outdoor activities include golf galore, fishing, kayaking , bird watching, park and nature trails, festivals, theaters and music all await you. If you have time, step off the island and discover the lowcounty - Daufuskie, Bluffton and historic Savannah are all within 40 minute drive.
