An Oceanfront Complex - The Spa on Port Royal Sound - with all of the amenities. Two bedroom (one king, one queen), two bathrooms, 917 square feet, could sleep up to five. We are located in the middle of the complex, near the gated entrance. Two outdoor pools (open Apr - Nov for swimming)l newly renovated indoor pool and Jacuzzi; private beach. Workout room and sauna in the indoor pool area. There are three tennis courts, a basketball court and a playground area. The private beach which is about 750' from our unit. Complex has 24 hour security. This villa is a great place for families. The unit has private wifi. The unit includes washer and dryer, stove/oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster as well as kitchen items and bath items. Hilton Head Island is a premiere resort community. It has 12 miles of ocean beach, over 200 restaurants, golf, nature preserves, parks, shops, and bicycle trails. The island bike trail is right outside the complex.

Our Honeymoon Stay

We had a wonderful time at Crystal’s condo for our honeymoon! We spent time at the beach using the beach items available in the condo and we also visited near by attractions that were very convenient to our location! We would definitely visit again and stay here.

We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, which was across Port Royal Sound from Parris Island where I trained as a Marine (a long time ago!). We enjoyed that not many people were at the beach area and it never felt crowded.

Place was great and very clean. Beds are comfortable and we had good night sleep. Description was very accurate. Crystal was communicating with me promptly and answered all my questions. Perfect island oasis!

We had so much fun here. The condo was perfectly sized and the two bathrooms made showering after the pool/beach super easy with kids. The beds were comfortable and the extra amenities in the condo made it feel like home. 10/10 recommend!

Loved the condo and location in HHI

Had a very nice stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our beach trip. Plenty of space for our party of 4 and loved all the nature and trees around us. The sound was a short walk and if you watch the tides you can enjoy the water and beach. We enjoyed the pools as well during our stay but the beach was the real draw. The only con would be the slight smoke smell we noticed in the condo. The welcome book noted that smell is from the unit above. Nothing the host can control since the units are older and I suspect there is no vapor barrier between the floors. Enjoyed our stay in HHI.

The unit was okay, but the smoke smell was overwhelming. We went there for me to get away from stress of cancer treatments. Then we spent the week in cigarette smoke. When we booked it said it was a no smoking unit. So, naturally we assumed it would be smoke free.

Nice little property, close enough to everything. Had a conference and didn't want to pay big resort prices. This condo was close enough to everything and had what we needed. Nice and cozy

This property was very pleasant and a comfortable place for up to four people. The complex is quiet and the people who worked the gate were very friendly. We only went to one of the outdoor pools and it was nice and clean and warm. We greatly enjoyed ourselves floating in the sun. The beach area was a little disappointing due to it being a natural beach and not really for swimming but there were other beaches very close. The location was great. We were never farther than 10 miles from anywhere to eat or shop. I did feel that the outside of the complex and pool area could have been cleaner. It all needs a good pressure washing. Crystal is lovely. She was very accommodating and answered any questions or issues within an hour or so. Thank you for a great week. We really enjoyed your condo.

4 day vacation

We were definitely underestimating how great our stay would be here. Each area of the condo is so fully stocked with everything you didn't even know you might need. Comfortable beds, and furniture/living areas, more than enough pillows and bedding, fully stocked kitchen for cooking instead of having to dine out so much, quiet and peaceful at night, great water pressure in the showers, and it was a great bonus to have two full bathrooms. We enjoyed eating on the screened in porch every morning, and feeling the breeze. The private beach was so pretty at sunset, and the courtyard area was one of our favorite spots to walk. We felt like we didn't even have to drive around much, it was nice to just take it in our first visit to Hilton Head. We can't wait to come back!
