  • Récemment rénovée et joliment décorée, cette chambre à coucher, une salle de bain offre un accès Internet sans fil, une télévision par câble et une grande vue sur l'océan. La chambre privée joliment meublée dispose d'un lit king-size avec télévision. Le salon est joliment meublé avec un canapé-lit et une grande télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD. La cuisine est entièrement équipée.

    Les installations incluraient une piscine sur place et l'accès gratuit au club du joueur pour l'utilisation de leur piscine intérieure chauffée ainsi que de leur centre de conditionnement physique.

This is a great condo. We loved the opened up bedroom; perfect for just the 2 of us. You can’t beat the ocean front location and view! The couch was a bit dirty but everything else was relatively clean. We’ll likely revisit this property!

The first thing we noticed was the sound of the surf, then the gorgeous view of the ocean! Our room was on the third floor and was very quiet, and had a lovely balcony from which we could watch the sunrise each morning.We will definitely be back!

This time was the hurricane which we didn't know was coming that way. But they were very helpful when the sliding glass door broke and needed repaired. They were on it as soon as they could and the company that did the repair were very nice. We did get to enjoy a couple of days on the beach!!

Many restaurants are within easy walking distance, and the beach is your backyard. The condo itself is comfortable and everything you need.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: VERY nice staff. Responded quickly to concerns. Shower curtain kept falling off wall. (fixed) AC was having hard time cooling both rooms. The bi-fold doors kept falling out of the track. A small safe in the room would be beneficial. A general map of the surrounding area would be of great help. More cabinet space would help to have somewhere to put groceries. An update of the toilet, shower head, stove and sofa with items from this century would be greatly appreciated by future guests. A "cooler" laundry room and elevator would be nice.

We've been visiting the island for over 20 years and always dealed with Vacation Time (formely Adventure Time!) The service obtained from this agency is always efficient, friendly and professional. The condo rented this year, Seaside Villa 369, was clean, very well decorated (rustik) and with a superb view! Seaside Villa is a very quiet place and, although it is an old building, you can see that the owners make sure to keep it pretty, functional and pleasant. The landscape is really superb!Just two minors improvement should be made to condo 369 : change the mattress and the air conditionning.But overall, we really enjoyed a lot our staying and we will be back next year for another memorable vacation to this enchanting island.

Reviewer Comments: I rented villa 369 and stayed at Seaside Villas for the very first time in Hilton Head with my 85 years young, mom, and we both had an incredible visit. We would highly recommend this property to all of our family and friends that are looking for a cozy and incredible view the ocean. Although the villas are small, it was just enough space for a couple, party of two, or a couple with small kids, or if you are looking to travel solo.The view from the balcony well overcomes the small living spaces, and the dolphins playing in the sea was great to witness from the balcony.We will be back next November, and looking forward to another wonderful stay with an incredible view of the ocean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've always wanted us to stay in one of the direct oceanfront villas. The view was incredible and we really enjoyed our stay. The only things I would note is the mattress really needs to be updated and I would highly suggest putting a password on the WiFi. It was fine during the morning or when we came in for lunch, but at night when most people were back in their villa, we are fairly certain other people were using it. It would become nearly impossible to use it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fantastic. Very clean, loved the tile floors, everything was there that was needed, even more so. The beach front was what we really needed. My husband is handicapped due to a ladder fall. He can manage the walk to the beach. The balcony was perfect for him while I did my walking. I would recommend renting from John and Barb. They were wonderful hosts, plus the management was really helpful. We really love that end of the island. Sure hope to go back again and stay in one of their villas. This was not our first trip to Seaside Villas.

Our only issues were dead remote batteries, bath lights burned out and bedroom floor wasn't the cleanest - perhaps cleaning crew could check some of these simple things, otherwise we enjoyed our stay here. Loved mornings on the porch!
