Disappointing condo, great location
I would not recommend staying at this condo if you expect a clean place to stay. It needs a very thorough cleaning. I would have left if there were other options but it was a busy week and we were stuck. I wiped all counters, cabinets, walls, light switches, door knobs down right away. The drawers in the bedroom were filthy and even had dirty towels and blankets in them. There was a used diaper underneath the bed. It was just grimy and hard to relax in. Also, the owner had messaged me the code to get into the condo and accidentally also sent the message that he sent the guest before me. So I found out that he uses the same code for every guest. This made us very uncomfortable. I messaged the owner right away to let him know how dirty the condo was and how we felt unsafe with the door code not being changed between guests. He just said he would talk to his cleaning people, which did us no good for the week that we were there. He also said he doesn't change the code because there is a guard shack. The guard never asked us our name, just what unit we were staying in so anyone can get through. The only good thing about this condo is the location. There is a pool, a walkway to the beach and it is across from Coligny plaza with lots of restaurants and shops.
