Enjoy a fabulous vacation in Barrington Park! This 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath villa is the perfect beach escape in the oceanfront community of Barrington Park. Ideal size for a small family or group, this villa comfortably sleeps 4. Enjoy the onsite amenities, a quick walk to the beach, or relax on your private balcony with lagoon views.

A large community heated pool, spa, and beachside pavilion are surrounded by landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck to the gorgeous beach.

**Please note that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.

Barrington properties are the perfect location to beach and pool. Condo was clean and nicely decorated, there was a Murphy bed (bed in a closet that was located in the living room) which was very comfortable. My only issue was the TV was too highly placed on the wall.

Nice villa

Overall, we were pleased with the villa. The only three negatives were the topper on top of the mattress kept the sheets from staying on and after taking a shower, it smelled like sewage coming up through the drain . The water pressure was also very low in the shower . It was very close to the beach and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Several Small Issues

We were given the wrong Beach gate code and could not go to the beach or pool on the first full day. The pool was closed for the first 4 days of our stay which sucked. There were cobb webs along the ceiling of the condo. The bed topper would not stay on the mattress. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Great location and a quiet place if you can stand the issues.

Absolutely Perfect!

Ee had a wonderful stay at 712 Barrington! The property was as advertised and met all of our needs! We enjoyed morning coffee as well as happy hour on the balcony! It was quiet and just perfect. Would recommend and we will definitely be returning to this property!!

The perfect condo!

We were very happy with the condo! The location was great, just a short 5 minute walk to the pool and beach and a close drive to all the great restaurants on the island. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. We brought our own beach towels & chairs but appreciated that there were towels to use if needed as well as beach chairs and pool noodles. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no pantry / cabinet to store food for cooking. There was only two of us so we kept everything on the table and it was fine, but I was slightly surprised with the lack of storage. I was also surprised that there weren’t basic cooking items like salt and pepper. We ended up having to make a trip to the store after check in just for salt & pepper for breakfast the next morning as I’ve never stayed somewhere that didn’t already have some. That was very minor though and a reminded to me to always pack some to be safe. Everything about the condo was great and we felt incredibly safe. We would recommend to anyone and would absolutely come back!

Hilton Head vacation

Loved the apartment, very well furnished, comfortable bed, great air conditioning, very close to the beach, plenty of parking, very clean. Plenty of space in the living room if you had guest. Dining area could seat at least 6 people. Convenient location close to shopping center with a big Kroger. The only thing that was a little annoying was the shower was not strong enough.

Wonderful quick response!

Our stay at 712 Barrington Pk was lovely until the water heater broke. The vacation company quickly responded and we were upgraded to a closer villa that exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay at 712 again knowing that the water heater incident was beyond the control of the company and an unusual occurrence. The Murphy bed was perfect for us when our adult children joined us for a few days. Again, the response to our problem was great!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Barrington. The condo was perfect for us - comfortable and had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was just perfect. And the grounds were beautiful and well- maintained as well. Great location!

escaping corona virus

Shortly After we arrived the restaurants and bars we closed due to the corona virus. They even closed public access to the beach .The pool was closed but access from Barrington stayed open so we were able sit on the beach, go for a lot of walks. Our Villa was clean and worked well for the two of us. The TV's are too small and the internet was terrible. The Villa is great for 2 people but I would not try to fit more. They should get rid of the murphy bed and get a larger TV in the loving room. Also need to upgrade the speed of the internet.
