This wonderfully decorated villa will give you phenomenal views of the Atlantic Ocean! It is located on the 5th floor of a 5-story high rise and is decorated in bright, warm colors evoking images of the sandy beach just outside your window! The living room has plenty of seating and allows access to your private balcony. The dining table has seating for six. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and a private en-suite bath. It also allows access to the private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has two double and also has a private bathroom. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs. This villa is perfect for small families!

Week getaway

Perfect property for my husband and me to unwind after a stressful season. We loved sitting at the windows and watching the ocean with our morning coffee. Great beach access and well maintained pool. The condo was cheery and bright and impeccably clean. Would come back in a heartbeat!!

Great experience!

Right on the beach with an amazing view! Very clean and comfortable for the entire family. My kids loved the pool and hot tub with easy access to the beach. We even walked the 5 minutes to Coligny Plaza for dining and shopping. Would definitely recommend!

I was so excited about this condo because it was right on the beach and had great views. As soon as we walked in the door, we smelled a very strong musty/moldy smell. We didn't think too much about it. We woke up the next morning feeling sick. We had headaches and felt lightheaded. We discovered black mold in the air

I was lucky to have a clean comfortable space because I was snowed in with ice on the roads for my vacation there. The floor to ceiling window overlooking the beach was a God send!

Beautiful view but several issues

The place looked real nice with nice balcony offset from living room giving a nice view from large living room windows. My problems were with the extremely intense cleaning product smell in the bathrooms and worse in the kitchen cabinets. The smell had imbedded in all kitchen cups, dishes and other things. Every time you opened the cabinet doors it smelled. The product needs to be diluted more or rinsed after applying. Hand towel holders in the Bathrooms would be real nice. Hooks by the front door also. The.living room furniture could use an update…way to soft Maybe fine for a younger crowd. Beds were good and lots of pillows. Large rooms. The condo complex is very nice and perfect for watching the Annual Lantern Parade!

Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

We have a family of four and loved this condo and location. It was very clean! The Vacation Company does a wonderful job at communicating and helping us when we had a door code issue. Took all of 2 minutes to resolve and get in. Their starter kit is beyond helpful with plenty kitchen supplies for all that we needed food wise. Location is PERFECT. We biked everywhere, walked after dark, and enjoyed the pool & hot tub each day. The beach access is locked and safe with a perfect walkway straight to the beach. We felt safe and very happy here, the property was very well maintained and not too active. The pool was perfectly heated and the hot tub was a perk. We would absolutely stay here again!

We couldn’t have been any more satisfied with the property. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. The beach was beautiful. It was within walking distance of restaurants and everything we wanted to do. Definitely going to try and come back next year!

Enjoyable Stay

We had a nice week at Shorewood 510. The condo was very comfortable and just as described. We enjoyed the view from the 5th floor! Pros were comfortable beds/bedding, lots of hangers, cold air conditioning, plenty of towels, nice appliances & beach towels. Cons for us were carpeting in bedrooms (not used to that at the beach), no ceiling fans, the water heater in the master bedroom closet and only 1 hairdryer for both bathrooms. The washer/dryer stack unit worked great but heads up…it’s noisy. We were afraid at first it was broke but it worked fine. Our door codes did not work when we arrived but the Vacation Company representative answered our call and was able to reset the code and get us in the condo. We took advantage of the included beach rental credit and got beach chairs this year in addition to beach service. Very handy to sit closer to the water. This was a nice benefit. The elevator for service to this condo was not working well the last few days of our visit. The call button would not work on the 1st floor, you had to take the steps to the 2nd floor to catch the elevator to the 5th floor. Hopefully they get this repaired soon.

Spring Break

Arrived on site and the elevator was not working and the key code to door. There was no Communication when we booked the room that the elevator was being renovated. My son was on crutches and had to go up and down are whole vacation 5 flights of stairs. We notified your company, and nothing was resolved with this issue.

Very nice property. Quiet on the 5th floor. Kitchen well stocked but bring hot pads if you plan on cooking. There weren't any. Also, there was an unpleasant odor in the master suite. I had trouble identifying it so just had to live with it.

Spring Break in March

We have stayed at Shorewood before, and we love staying up on the 5th floor for the fantastic views. This property was (mostly) nicely updated. However, the bathrooms, while updated, seemed backward. The "kids" bathroom, in our case, had a nice glass enclosed shower, while the master bath had a tub with a shower curtain. It had not one single shelf, soap dish, rack, hook, or anywhere inside it to set/put anything. There wasn't even much of a ledge on the side of the tub to set toiletries. Shaving legs was near impossible with nowhere to put a foot. It's also very dark in the shower with the curtain blocking the light. That was our biggest complaint about the unit and a bit of a struggle all week. When we arrived, one of the 4 outdoor chairs was broken and unusable. So it clearly had been broken and not previously reported. Management was responsive and brought out a new one the next day, otherwise all 4 of us could not sit out there at the same time. And this may be more a personal preference, but I find carpeting in the bedrooms to be an odd choice for a beachfront unit (even if on the top floor). Beach towels were a very nice addition, as most units do not provide them. The kitchen starter kit was very helpful, although there were only two (not very absorbent) kitchen towels provided. We luckily brought more with us. Overall, this is a nice, clean unit with great views. Would stay here again if the master bath issues were addressed.

Great stay for the 2nd time

We were so pleased with this property that we booked again for this year! Check-in/out process was flawless. We were given all the appropriate information ahead of time. Condo is stocked appropriately and was clean. We love that it is in a kid friendly neighborhood and enjoyed talking with the other families. Highly recommend.

Incredible rental - will definitely return!

This was our family's first trip to HHI and I spent hours looking for the best place for our family of 5 (3 kids, ages 10, 7, and 3). I ended up booking this rental because of the pool and the proximity to the ocean and it did not disappoint! It was everything and more that we could have wanted to introduce us to the area. The condo was the perfect size for our family, the views and sounds of the ocean were just breathtaking. The location and proximity of the pool and beach made this the best trip. We were easily able to spend part of the day at the beach and part of the day at the pool and didn't need to bring everything with us (as we could just walk a short distance and take the elevator to our condo). This was especially helpful with having 3 younger kids. Another incredible perk was being able to quickly get to the beach each morning to run or walk. The pool and grounds were well cared for and very clean. In the condo, all of the furniture was clean and very comfortable (especially the beds). We also appreciated having in-unit laundry and the starter pack of items (dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods) was very helpful. My kids appreciated having a Roku available and TV's in each room! There are some great restaurants/ice cream/shops within walking distance, but we also rented a car which gave us more access to restaurants on other parts of the island. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back before too long!

Unbeatable location and view

We were very pleased with the accommodations at 510 Shorewood. Amazing view! Spent the week counting dolphins and pelicans (and beach deer in the dunes in front of the complex). Easy walk to all of the stores and restaurants at Coligny Beach. We'll be back!

Fabulous condo with amazing location

We've been waiting for over a year to get to our HHI vacation and couldn't wait to arrive. Upon arrival the condo was exactly as described and more. From having an amazing view of the ocean from our large windows and bedroom, the glorious balcony and super comfy beds, our vacation was perfect. The location was great. Allowed for biking easily to shops, restaurants, etc. Great security and fabulous beach. Only went to the pool a couple of times, but the pool was top notch as well. Cannot wait to book here again. Do it, you will not be dissapointed.
