8/5/2026 As of 9/15/2026 there will be major construction project at Turtle Lane for Sea House East and Sea House West that will involve scaffolding on both buildings to do repair and replacement of balconies, doors and windows. The project is expected to take six months to complete. During the project the units will not be available to rent and there will be construction noise and crews.
