Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. « Recently renovated room, however no double paned windows to continuous highway noise from US I-75 = not relaxing. Not to mention the front desk staffer who booked me in a room next to another room that was currently undergoing renovations! This meant loud drilling noise from 9 to 5. When I asked to move the next day, I to interact with a very disrespectful and unpleasant front desk worker who would not change my room or accommodate me. « The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful. »

The Renaissance charges for everything: wifi, parking, breakfast, etc. What's more, the prices they quoted us were higher than listed on the hotels.com site: for example, 18 dollars for parking (actual) versus 14 (quoted). We were fairly typical Dallas visitors: 2 people with one car who both want to eat breakfast and use Wifi.
