As for the room: Sure, the building is old and one doesn't expect a big room, but ours was too small; there was about one foot of space on two sides of the bed. Space to leave one suitcase open, but not two. Bathroom was small, as was the sink. The major problem in the room, though, was the owner's insistence on a period bed that required one to pole vault into it. There was a two-step stair left...

'Arrived at 11:00 PM after a long day. Two clerks at front desk. One doing paperwork and one taking 15 minutes to check in one family ahead of me. Other clerk ignored me and the fellow waiting behind me. This other person should have put off what he was doing and helped us instead of Malibu's wait 15 minutes. '
