'It was great. Stayed while passing through, so we were only there one night. Close to food. I can’t remember what we did nearby, but it seemed like a nice place to stay for a couple of days. We were heading from Scotland to London though, so no time for a stop. Only thing we found was that there was no oven. Slightly inconvenient since we bought pizzas to cook. 'We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.'

'Arrived to find directions sent us to the wrong place. Arrived at apartments and checked in. Room on 2nd floor. No TV remote. 50% of LED spotlights not working. No light switch near bed (so had to stumble through dark room to bed). No reading lights. So eventually to bed. Next morning dived in shower (quite good) to find NO TOWELS. Very disappointed '

'The communication on whatsapp was top notch. But the place look so much bigger on the pictures. The quality of the beds is the bare minimum. At least everyone slept well, but expectations need to be set when booking this property.'

'From the outside, a very traditional old building with a close, high on a hilly road with a bunch of steps. Indoors beautifully modernized, very spacious rooms, all mod cons, including washer dryer. Well worth the climb, and views of the town and surrounding hills spectacular. I only regret we stayed but one night.'

'Property manager forgot to send code for key safe. Managed to get it indirectly by email but no easy contact was forthcoming thereafter. Street door lock cheap and worn. Next door to lobby broken and taped up. Lobby not been cleaned for weeks. Cheap lock on door to apartment. Security practically non existent. Six windows (2 in living room,2 in each bedroom) screwed shut.Not safe , awaiting replacement. Only window that opened for ventilation in kitchen.If open possible to step directly into...

'The flat was really lovely - well decorated and had lots of amenities. The kitchen was well equip if you wanted to cook, with a good seating area for 6 people. The beds were comfortable and lovely bedding. Access to the key was easy and location easy to find with free on street parking. The flat can be a tad noisy depending on who your neighbours are as the flat above is rented too. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.'

'I booked last minute for a cycle event in the area, the directions were easy to follow, if you screenshot them as advised, phone signal is poor to non existent (bliss) The Meadow View Hut is clean cozy and well appointed, the fire burns very warm so one of the provided logs at a time. If you can’t be bothered with the hassle of the fire, the heating is plenty on its own. Falstone is a great staging post for Kielder Forest, and there’s plenty of adventurous things to do near by, endless walks...

'First and foremost, do not book this place. We arrived at the property around 5pm because we had been at the museum all afternoon. Before getting there, we had picked up ready meals for dinner. We discovered 5 minutes after arrival that the property had no power. It was clear that the power had been shut off by power company or similar as no issues with the fuse box. We were in a what's app chat with property management and let them know and they stated that they couldn't get it fixed so...

"Extremely spacious and comfortable appartment. Excellent beds and not too much noise from the street, eventhough it's located in the citycentre. The appartment had a bit of a strange, musty smell, but it was not too present. Overall I would really recommend this accomdation. Good price/quality."
