« We stayed in one of the cottages which although a bit dated offer a lot of space and character. The room itself was spotless and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Loftsome bridge although off a main road for convenience is lovely and quite due to it being a good distant back from it, so you get the best of both worlds a good nights sleep and connectivity to all the local attractions with York not being too far away. « Perfect spot to visit York and surroundings. Place is useful. Parking plenty of EV pods. A shopping centre close to the hotel allows all food breaks. »

« The setting is beautiful and the staff amazing. We took our 2 Spaniels with us and stayed in a dog friendly suite. Room was huge and surprisingly warm considering it was a converted Castle. Breakfast in the morning was decent and you are within 25 mins of York. All in all a great trip and we will 100% stay here again. »

« Super clean and big rooms Staff was very supportive It’s just a 5 mins walk from York train station and 15 mins walk to York Minster, Train museum and into the city centre…. »

« Very comfy big bed, shower and taps took ages to get hot, but eventually did. Lots of tea and coffee options in room together with a fridge with wine and snacks if required. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Bit strange going in and out at back of the building, but happy to recommend as somewhere central to stay. »

« Très pratique à 10 min du centre de York à pieds. Hôtel immense, mais service impeccable, petit déjeuner complet. Pour se garer, demander le QR code pour le parking près de Starbucks à 5 min à pieds. Beaucoup moins cher que celui de l'hôtel. »
