'The Grand Dame shows its age but the property is very well located among the highest homes on the hill side providing for excellent views of the mountains, lake, nearby castle and Annecy in the distance. 'Wir wurden sehr nett von Sophie empfangen und haben uns direkt rundum wohl gefühlt. Überall findet man ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen auf der Terrasse, die rund um das Haus geht. Und die Aussicht durch die Fenster und von der Terrasse auf den See ist atemberaubend. Die vier Tage hier waren in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Vielen Dank an Sophie wir kommen gerne wieder!'

'Prima huisje. Iets van het centrum af maar snel bij het meer. Supermarkt in de buurt. Locatie in woonwijk dus geen ‘buzz’ van de stad. Geen persoonlijk contact met de eigenaar behalve via mail/telefoon berichten. Dat heeft als voordeel dat je inchecken er niet toe doet. Woonkamer is erg ruim. Tweepersoonsbed vonden wij iets te klein. Wij kwamen met 3 kinderen en er waren voor hem twee bedden opgemaakt dus de laatste hebben we zelf gedaan. 'We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in mei 2023. Wij waren met 3 gezinnen, waaronder 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Het zwembad was heerlijk verwarmd en op de mooiere dagen kon er dan ook al prima gezwommen worden. Het huis is een beetje verouderd (bedden, een aantal badkamers en de keuken), maar verder groot en ruim opgezet. Het huis is wel ruim, goed ingedeeld, met genoeg slaap- en badkamers voor 11 personen. 'Huis was vervallen. Keukenkastjes en lades zaten los. Vaatwasser trok je zo onder het keukenblad vandaan. Badkamers zijn smal en niet hygiënisch. Over het algeheel was het zeker niet schoon. Eigenaar spreekt enkel Frans dus communicatie was niet te doen. Aan het eind werd er nog een fors bedrag ingehouden van de borg waarbij vermeld stond porseleinen lamp dat stuk zou zijn van 275,- terwijl er niks in dat verblijf staan wat die waarde hanteerd laat staan iets van porselein. 'Lovely house to stay in. Swimming pool was great and the location with views of the mountains and lake was delightful. With a 3 year old in our family, the swimming pool cover was essential and much appreciated.'

'We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were two families with four little kids and we had plenty of room in the house. (High chair and cot provided.) The views from the house and yard were phenomenal! The hosts were welcoming. 'This is the second time we have stayed at this property and yet again we couldn't have been happier. Situated in a great location on the lake, close to shops and restaurants but with a lovely private garden straight into the lake. Rooms are light, spacious and beautifully decorated. Would recommend this property to all.'

'La location est dans un cadre magnifique avec des balades faciles d'accès sans voiture grâce aux navettes mises en place par la région (ou directement à pied pour les plus sportifs). Le fait que les chambres soient au sous-sol est très appréciable en été, mais la suite "Master" notamment bénéficierait d'une rénovation. Les propriétaires habitent de l'autre côté du chemin et ont été très réactifs à chaque petit souci. La location est une base très agréable et idéalement placée pour explorer...
